Still up for the month, but sill 12.2 lbs down for the year so far. I've been taking a regimen of Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen to keep tooth pain under control. Probably been taking too much, but will have to work until Tuesday. I'm not sure if it is related to the tooth pain, but I have been really clumsy. I cannot type worth a damn this morning. And was slightly clumsy all day long. I just couldn't point out correct things and push correct buttons. I bounced around a lot at work. I worked 11am to 6:30. Sober Year 1 (Day 547)
Keto Month 3 (Day 110) (160/365 Days 2026 Keto)

Weight is up a little bit again today. But well under the average for the year so the average is going down. Or at least I'm sure that's how averages work. And it is up, but not enough to get all that wokred up about

When I woke up Mom was melting some beeswax to make some of her homemade ointments. As she cooked that she told me that all of the bacon in the fridge was frozen as when I used the last package I didn't take any bacon out of the freezer so I had some sausage patties with eggs this morning.

I didn't take the time to cook the lunch before I left for work. I could have as I worked Noon to 9 this evening. It was just I was leaving for work when I had the idea that I should have prepared something. It's not a big deal I just had Johnsonville Sausages for lunch.

First half of the day I was supervisor, however when I got to work I was told that there was a mistake on the schedule and we were short staffed on checkers and the carryout had a doctor's note saying that he needed a couple of days of rest. Customer Service Manager said that she didn't know what his medical issue was, just that he had to get “rest”. So who knows what's going on with him. And as the cashier had a lunch break I had to be Supervisor and Sole Cashier. I did have customers complain to me about standing in line, but there just wasn't anything I could do about it.

At lunch I picked up some pork rinds and a 1.25L bottle of coke zero (not sponsored) to go with the smoked sausages. Forgetting that eating a bunch of pork rinds while drinking a lot of soda is a bit of a bad idea. They really swollen up and gave me a bit of a belly ache for a while and gave me some pretty epic belches.

Second half of the day was just a couple of hours at the desk. And with the new system they have that gets rid of about half of the reports to do closing a good chunk of the day was just waiting. It was Saturday so there wasn't a lot of people paying their bills or getting much more than lottery tickets or money orders.

As I worked late Mom and Step-Dad had already eaten and I didn't want to stay up late eating so I had some hot dogs for dinner.

I've been kicking the cat out of my room a lot over the last couple of days. She seems to enjoy sleeping on my bed, but I'm not willing to leave the door open. Last time I did a dog crapped on the floor of the room. Quite a smelly deposit too. Cat has been rather upset that I've picked her up off of the bed. Last night she even hissed at me after dropping her off in the hallway.

Storms are due to come through this evening. I'm sure the dogs are looking foreword to that. It looks like a pretty good front so hopefully it'll be nice and cool tomorrow.
