Weight: 323.8 lbs ( 146.9 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup  Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 327) I feel like I slept a lot better last night than I have previous nights. Sleep tracker still says that I didn't fall asleep until close to 3am even though I went to bed around midnight. I do remember waking up in the night to run to the restroom so that might have reset the sleep counter so when I got up to use the restroom and went back to bed it thought the second half was the sleep for the night. The scale was nice. I mean it is frustrating to have the exact same number as it was yesterday. But that still is the lowest weight of this year and last. I wasn't paying attention to what the voice was saying because they started the session by saying, “Sit up straight in your chair, your head straight up, and let the stress of your day flow down. Let the stress of the day flow down into the part of the chair where your chair is touching your body” And I couldn't help but interpret that as, “Let the stress of the day flow down, let the stress of the day flow down, and out of your ass” The rest of the meditative session was lost to me because I couldn't help but to bust out laughing about the idea of forcing the daily stress out the ass. Weight: 328.8lbs ( 149.1 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54.5in ( 138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Cottage Cheese with salt and pepper Dinner: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole Drinks: Couple of cups of coffee, ~2800ml water      Woke up this morning with a doozy of a hangover. It is true what they say about the Keto diet and hangovers. And that was after drinking an entire 24 pack of Michelob. I wasn't queasy or anything but again I woke up tired and my head felt like it was exploding. Had weird popping feelings in my feet that did NOT feel good. If I ever get around to seeing a doctor I'm definitely going to have them look at my feet. I'm fairly confident that walking around this long with more than double my supposedly "ideal" weight has caused some issues that ignoring is just making worse.      I actually had two days off this week.
