Weight: 335.8 lbs ( 152.3 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 55.5 in (141.0 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Week 2 (Day 16) Sober Month 3 (Day 110) YMCA: No Actually lost weight from yesterday. I'm just back down to the start of the month. But it's considerably down for the year. Waistline is considerably down, so that's encouraging. It's a bit disconcerting that I got an email this morning that the Jonsonville Jalapeno Sausages are now on recall because there's pieces of plastic in them. I did not little hard bits in the sausages that I had yesterday for lunch. I had assumed that they were bits of bone. But I guess not. I would be eligible for a refund, but I had already eaten them and had thrown away the packaging. No free lunches I guess. Finally, finally, finally got around to editing and scheduling the upload of the video that I recorded back on March 20. ...

I never really wanted to stop, I just didn't do it. The same with the Keto diet. I new it was what I wanted to do, but I just didn't do it. And now I'm back on the diet and wow, I can feel a difference, both physically and mentally. I've been back on the Keto diet for about a week or two now and I could feel the day that I got back into Ketosis. It felt like a cloud flowed through and out of my body and now I'm feeling just constant bursts of energy. Although that could just be the pot of coffee I just now finished off. But then again coffee didn't used to have such a strong effect on me. There have been times where I've drunken an entire pot of coffee and then feel like taking a nap. But now I fee...
