Or at least in matter of mass. And after I ate dinner last night I was really thirsty from eating the salty meat so I was drinking a lot of seltzer water after dinner. So I'm pretty sure that's why the scale is up today compared to yesterday. Still down 12.7 lbs (5.8 kg) from this day last year. Yesterday I had the inevitable question of, “Oh, where are you going?” I'd tell people the various nicknames of our town. But nobody would get the joke until I tell them that I'm too poor to go anywhere I am just staying home, I'm just taking the time off because if I don't use the time off I'll loose the time off. Kept telling myself that I need to get up, but body just liked how the bed felt in the morning. This has been the case for a while. I really need to find a way to convince myself that I need to get up and going when I wake up, but I lay in bed all morning long telling myself of all of the cool things that I want to be doing, if I ever get up and going. But then I lay there until I have to get ready for work. When I did get up and moving this morning my legs were extremely stiff, and it felt like something took a bite out of the back of my left leg. I'm going to guess it's an electrolyte issue. As any time someone on Reddit says something about not feeling well the general respon...
