Weight: 331 lbs ( 150.1 kg) BMI: 42.5 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fried Chicken, Kroger Cheddar Sour Cream Chips Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 10 (Day 304) Wow, that was a drop on the scale this morning. I thought the scale was glitching, but the weight was consistent for several times I stepped on it. Slept in a bit so I wasn't able to do anything before work other than get breakfast done. The sleep tracker says I didn't fall asleep until after 3am which was strange because I even went to bed a little early. But it was 9:30 before I could wake up, and I still felt tired.  I was slow getting up to the front of the store as I had today and tomorrow mixed up and I had thought that I was supervisor all day, and I didn't think anybody was waiting for me to come up. I didn't have any caffeine for most of the day yesterday, so I slept quite well last night. It is nice to wake up well rested. But “A body at rest, tends to stay at rest.” And I didn't realize this until a few hours later as I was typing this up, but when I woke up I didn't have the stiff painful feet and legs that I've been waking up with for the last while. I'm not sure if the avoiding the soda was the causation or a correlation.       I have today and tomorrow off. The “Plan” is to try to get some cleaning done. My mom is leaving for a road trip to visit my sister in another state, and I'm going to be pet sitting for her. I do this from time to time. And I al...
