I don't quite feel sick, it's just that whenever I bend down to pick anything up it feels like somebody smacked me with a 2x4 in the front of my face. When I woke up this morning and saw the weather I realized that there would be no better day to help Grandma setting up her Christmas decorations. I grabbed some Cold and Flu medicine on the way to Grandma's. Before I left the house I looked up the medicine on the store's website to see prices. I had to chuckle because there's only one review on that double pack of medicine. It's about half of the price as the name brand with the same active ingredients. What was funny about the review was that the medicine worked, but it tasted b...

Weight: 335.8 lbs ( 152.3 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts Dinner: Taco Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Unsweetened Tea, Milk Sober Month 6 (Day 192) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time getting going today. Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Just couldn't get up and moving. It was 2 in the afternoon by the time I started doing anything. I had a stifling headache all day. I made some Taco Casseroles for the weekly lunch plan. The recipe says that it makes Six Servings. But I think that those are six servings with a salad and a veggie side. I went ahead and made two batches with two servings per dish that I put into the fridge so it would last me all week. It took me a bit longer than I thought it would to cook the two batches of the casserole which is strange because it was just a matter of browning the ground beef, mixing it all together, and then ba...

Weight: 333 lbs ( 151 kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fried Chicken Dinner: Taco Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 4 (Day 143) Woke up in a bit of a rebellious mood so I decided to hold off on doing the Keto thing for a couple of days. If I dropped off of Sobriety I'd be disappointed (and I did have to fight that urge) Had Deli Fried Chicken for a bit of an early lunch. They had brought back the classic breading and I've been wanting to try it for a bit now. I do have to say, it is mountains above the new breading they had for a while. I was looking up how long it would take for them to install the new HVAC system and it kept showing that it could take 4 to 8 hours, there were some results that said that it could take up to five days! The paranoia made me look up why it could take that long to install it. And that's how long it would take to install a “geothermal heat pu...

Weight: 336.6 lbs ( 152.7 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Spangles Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger meal with ranch flavored fries Dinner: Mac and cheese with hot dogs and taco seasoning Drinks: Pot of coffee, Kroger energy shot, 3600ml water      Got a Sunday weigh in video done. As I was not following the diet at all it wasn't a very good weigh in this week. I've been kind of a rebellious streak lately and my legs and wallet have been feeling it. I did get the video done in time to cook and eat breakfast but didn't have time to upload it before work.      On lunch break I ran home to upload it, it was kind of funny to run by a fast food place to grab a burger on the way to upload a weigh in video. But nearly $12 for one meal was just unwise.      Can't really think of anything to say today. Most of today was just kind of spent waiting for it to end. The weather forecast called for...
