Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. And all during the first half of the day at work I was just dead tired. There were some seriously busy moments, but there wa...

Weight: 332.8 lbs ( 151 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55.5 in (141.0 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili Dinner: Baked Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Powerade Zero Orange,  Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 7 (Day 213) Keto Day 2 Struggled before work today to get the Instant Pot Chili set up. It took a while for the Instant Pot to get up to pressure, and that was after the rushing around to get it in the pot itself. The plan was to get the instant pot chili set up for the lunch for the week. Well, I was going to do that yesterday, but I needed to do laundry yesterday. And as it only takes 35 minutes at pressure to cook this chili and I was scheduled to work at 11:30 instead of 11am I figured that it would be fine to get that pot done before work. It was taking so long for it to get to pressure I looked it up on Reddit, and apparently the larger recipes take longer to pressurize because the entire pot has to get up to boiling ...

Weight: 332.8 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Snack: 2x Kroger Meat Sticks Lunch: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbo Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 6 (Day 208) Keto Day 2 Kind of struggling with a bit of a low mood lately. Not really “sad” per say. Just not feeling anything. Just really emotionally numb. Not sure what's going on there. It's kind of like the “Seasonal Effective Disorder” that I usually struggle with during the winter but it's the middle of summer. I just have a heavy case of “Don't wanna to” I have to go to work, but I don't wanna to, I could play video games, but I don't wanna to. I've been going to bed around 10:30 or 11pm, but it's still almost 2am before I fall asleep. I'm kind of frustrated with finances. Last week I payed the water bill, this week I payed the Rent and Phone bill, next week I'll b...

But looking at the data of the year that seems to be the pattern. January was pretty flat, February had pretty good progress, March was pretty flat, and then April had good progress, and now May is flat. So I'm not sure if that is normal, but I am making amazing progress for the year. I didn't get a chance to take any notes today. I do remember that there were moments that I wanted to write things down. But good gravy today was swamped busy. It was the Friday of a holiday weekend and there are rumors of bad weather over the next couple of days. It was insanely busy and I did have more than one person ask me if the help that we had was all of the help...
