I don't quite feel sick, it's just that whenever I bend down to pick anything up it feels like somebody smacked me with a 2x4 in the front of my face. When I woke up this morning and saw the weather I realized that there would be no better day to help Grandma setting up her Christmas decorations. I grabbed some Cold and Flu medicine on the way to Grandma's. Before I left the house I looked up the medicine on the store's website to see prices. I had to chuckle because there's only one review on that double pack of medicine. It's about half of the price as the name brand with the same active ingredients. Don't want to do anything. Just a really low mood all over the place. Not physically sick, just no energy. Feet, ankles, and knees are kind of stiff and sore a lot lately as well. Zombie mode again a lot today. Work was running self checkout for an hour working the desk for a couple of hours and then was the manager for the rest of the day. I'm going to guess because I really haven't pooped much over the last couple of days. I did have a motivating movement right before work. Kind of why I'm not saying that the particular goal is “beaten” just yet. I'm not too worried about it being up today, I had a bit of a large dinner last night. Although in a couple of days when the new month comes around I think I'll set the goal down from 330 lbs (149.7 kg) to 320 lbs (145.2 kg) Not that I think that I'll drop an entire 10 lbs (4.5 kg) in a single month. Or if I think that is a sustainable rate. But I just like setting the goal in that increment Didn't do much today. I just played Minecraft. I am still corridor mining.
