I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. I drank that this morning as I woke up, but I don't think that it was really necessary. I didn't have time to have proper breakfast thou...

True it is technically the first day of Winter, but today is the day that the sun starts coming back and it starts to have more light during the day. A couple of days ago Grandma had messaged me telling me that some of her lights had started to come off of her house so I went over this morning to put her lights back up. Well, it was technically morning, but I had a bit of a hard time getting the momentum going this morning. And it was noon by the time I got the single line of lights back up. While I was in the neighborhood I went over to say hi to Mom. While I was there she gave me a couple of vials of homemade lotion for my hands. We also talked about the delay of Christmas. The o...

Weight: 334.2 lbs ( 151.6 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Keto Clam Chowder Snack: Savage Slim Jim Dinner: Velveeta Hamburger Skillet Dinner Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 5 (Day 164) It's June now and I'm still fighting against writing "April" in the title in each post.  Used up the last of the bacon this morning at breakfast. I'm glad that I have bacon on the shopping list for the week. I was excited last week when I did the inventory and it looked like I had enough Lunch and Dinner components to not have to do grocery shopping this next week. But I'll have to buy more Bacon, Eggs, and Seltzer. And there is a Digital Coupon on Bratwursts (not sponsored) this week and if there's a coupon on something you have to buy that thing right? Had a weird feeling as I was going into work. It was like a light floaty feeling. Have you ever had a heavy sobbing cry? Just wept...

Clumsy Day Daily Blog March 26, 2023

Weight: 335.4 lbs ( 152.1 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 56 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Cottage cheese with ranch, salt, and pepper Dinner: Velveeta Cheeseburger Skillet Dinner Drinks: Cup of coffee with cream, 2x Kroger energy shots, 2L Big K Caffeine free Diet Cola      Today was a very clumsy day. It seemed like everything I touched I was knocking something else over. Every thing I typed out was misspelled or worded wrong or said it in the right way. Brain and body is just kind of floppy today. I have a guess that it has something to do with how much stress I had this last week at work.      I did take the time to do a Weekly Weigh In video. When I was making it I wasn't very confident that I had made a very good video. But when I got home this evening and looked over it again it doesn't seem that bad. But this afternoon when I was uploading it I had a hard time getting set up like it should be, tags attached, correct play ...

Weight: 332.6lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 56 in ( 142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fried Chicken, Macaroni Salad Dinner: Velveeta Ultimate Cheeseburger Drinks: ¾ pot of coffee, 2x Kroger Energy Shot      I think I was feeling the effects of yesterday's bag of chips in my thighs today. Getting up and moving I felt like the way the old videos of astronauts on the moon looked like when they were walking around. My legs felt like they were ten times thicker than they were, and each leg feels like they weigh a ton a piece. And while writing this out I was distracted by the skin on the back of my hands, when I lift up on my fingers there's big chunks of rolling flesh on the back of my hands. But I don't know how much of that is inflammation due to not following my diet, or just dry skin due to the time of year. My hands seem to be really dry and every time I wash my hands it just seems to get worse. And I work at a grocery store so I wash my hands...

Weight: 331.6 lbs ( kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 54.5in ( cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Ultimate Cheeseburger Velveeta Dinner      Burnt the bacon this morning. :( It was still edible, but a lot more crunchy than I'd prefer. The last slab of bacon was small enough to sit flat in my cast iron skillet so I was afraid that it being effected by “shrinkflation” but that just might have been a smaller thing of bacon as the new slab of bacon seems to be big enough to not completely lay flat in the pan like the bacon before the last package.    Today was kind of a down day. Not really in a depressed way, it was just kind of overly bland. Just the kind of day where I was just waiting for the day to be over, because it just seemed like a day that was there to be waited through. The good thing is that the fuel points and digital coupons at work were working. I'm glad that issue was resolved. So maybe that's why today seemed so meh...

That's a Lot of Steaks Daily Blog 4-24-21

Weight: 355.2 lbs (161.1 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Grilled Beef Steak Lunch: Kroger Single Salad Bowl Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Dinner      For Breakfast I grilled beef steak. I forgot to label the meat when I put it up in the freezer. I cleaned out the freezer and since I haven't been planing out my meals like I want to be doing all I had in the freezer are various (mostly unlabeled) steaks. So it kind of looks like I'll be doing a mostly carnivorous meal plan for the next week or so. Seriously I have about 12 steaks for the next week or so. I do plan on restocking the freezer. But I would like to go through all of these steaks that I have built up.      For lunch I had a salad kit that my store sells in the produce department. It was a bit smaller than I'm used to eating for a meal. But that might be a good thing. But I do miss the Salad Bar that our store used to have. It was closed when the COVID pandemic started, ...

Breakfast: Velveeta Ultimate Cheeseburger skillet dinner Lunch: Zuppa Toscana https://www.galonamission.com/slow-cooker-low-carb-zuppa-toscana-soup-keto-friendly/ Dinner: leftover Velveeta Ultimate Cheeseburger Skillet Dinner 1.25 L Diet Pepsi I didn't get the idea of posting today until later in the evening, and I didn't weigh myself this morning. Earlier this week I had dropped my phone which effectively destroyed it, luckily I had phone insurance so I could replace it quickly. (It still cost $200 which sucks some serious nuts) An interesting thing about this new phone is that since it's the same make and model of phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) it knows all of my Apps (or at least most of them) So a lot of them are already downloaded and a lot of them remember my Biographics so all of the histories are already saved. But this is a good excuse to re-get into getting serious about Calorie Counting. Which I am catching myse...

Weight: 340.7 lbs Mood: getting out of the tunnel (not sure if that makes sense, but that's the closest I can think of. Breakfast: none Lunch: Fried Chicken, Sparkling water Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Dinner Ultimate Cheeseburger Notes: I didn't get a chance to make breakfast this morning. My car insurance check and the rent check decided to both come through on the same day. And since I didn't budget the insurance well I was massively over drawn on my checking account. Luckily my bank has a program known as a “Fresh Start Loan” The fresh start loan pays off the negative balance of the account and sets up a payment plan. Unfortunately I don't have over draft privileges during the life of the loan, but hopefully I won't need it. And I an fairly confident that I will not be having this trouble again. The loan is going to be $50 a month for 13 months starting in November. And (if I did my math right) my car loan is done in August of next y...
