Whatever was causing that soreness in my belly seems to have started healing. Still not sure what caused it, but I did notice the soreness after I was at the DMV. So maybe I sat down too long and jumped up to harshly and pulled something? IDK, but it feels a lot better this evening. Probably because I got to bed last night pretty early I woke up earlier than usual this morning. The watch gave me a pretty low “Sleep Score” because it said that I woke up at 3am and for awhile after that. I don't remember waking up. Should Have Done an A La Carte Breakfast Daily Keto Blog February 23, 2023

Weight: 332.6 lbs ( 150.9 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55.5in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Village Inn Denver omelet, Unsweetened Ice Tea, hash browns, pancakes with syrup Lunch: Chili with cottage cheese Dinner: Baked chicken Drinks: 2x Kroger energy shots, ~3600ml water      My roommate, who is a trucker, is on home time this week. And we went to Village Inn for breakfast. I had the Denver Omelet meal. Again not very Keto. I didn't see the A La Carte section on the menu until after I ordered. I'm used to just ordering a meal from the menu. And lately I've been seeing that is getting more and more popular online to order from the A La Carte section off of menus. It looks like it's cheaper and easier to follow the Keto diet when eating out by doing this. And yeah the omelet is good on Keto, but the Hash Browns and Syrup covered Pancakes were definitely not. I do have to say that the pancakes at Village Inn were better than the ones at the Truck Stop that I had last week...
