Weight: 338.8 lbs ( 153.7 kg) BMI: 43.5 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster Peachy Keen Sober Month 6 (Day 190) Had a hard time waking up this morning. I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. Weight: 334 lbs ( 151.5 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Broccoli Soup Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 4 (Day 150) Keto Day 6 Had a hard time falling asleep last night. I just didn't want to go to bed. I was feeling kind of frustrated with the feeling of go to bed, wake up, go to work, go to bed, wake up, go to work, feeling of a loop. And the chili from last night was messing with my stomach and it was kind of cranky for most of the day. Coffee tasted a bit odd this morning. Kind of sour bitter. I'm not sure what's going on there. This container of coffee that I bought recently was the little baggie of coffee and not the can that I usually buy and I had left it open sitting next to the coffee pot so maybe it's going bad? It says to keep in the fridge, but I hadn't kept any other coffees in the fridge. But the other coffees had a lid that I could close an...
