I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. This is strange for me. Maybe because of how many carbs I ate lately? All of the Seltzer Water?      The up in the weight this morning is within normal daily fluctuations, so I'm trying to not beat myself up too much about the carbs in the last couple of days. Especially considering that some of those carbs were from a Christmas party.       The European Cookies are REALLY good dipped in coffee. The European Cookies are kind of like a box of chocolates, (except you know what you're going to get.) it is a verity box of different cookies. I don't want to eat them...

Was able to take inventory before work and got a meal plan together. The “Dinner” list looks kind of funny because it's just Rib-eyes over and over. But I didn't have room in my freezer for all of them. Didn't have time to defrost the freezer and wow there was a lot of ice built up. I'll try to defrost it after work. Noticed that I was out of Chili. I don't usually run out of chili, I usually have some variety of chili. Sometimes multiple varieties. I'm going to have to fix that but then again I might want to wait until the freezer is a little less full. I was almost late for work...

I'm not a fan of the term, “Keto Flu” I mean the alliteration of “Keto Cold” fits so much better. This might be TMI but I struggled with the craps today. Knees and back are popping and cracking like crazy also. I do wonder if this is because of a lowering of pressure on the joints or some other result of lowering carbs The last day or two have had rather impressive drop in weight. Not sure if that is due to the “magic” of the keto diet, or just because I'm not eating the rather ridiculous amount of food that I eat when I'm not doing my diet. This was the second month in a row where I didn't have any fees in my savings account and was able to pay all of the months bills on the first of the month. The fees that I have to worry about in the savings account are if you make more than two transfers out of the savings account online you are charged a dollar for every transfer (transfers you do at the bank in person don't count towards the fee). The other fee is that if your savings account ever gets under $100 in the month they'll charge you $3. One of my long time goals is to have all of the bills for the month paid on the first of each month. It is just so unbelievably satisfying to have all of the things paid off ...
