Weight: 337.2 lbs ( 139.7 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Chili Cheese Curl Chips Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 301) Dang that was a jump on the scale. I'm thinking about getting back into Keto. I'm not going to jump immediately back into it as I still have several boxes of Hamburger Helper (not sponsored) and some other Non-Keto meals that are going to be the cheaper options. I don't think that I'll start up the Keto Count until Roommate goes back to work, but I am going to try to buy and eat more meat biased meals. I'm just going to have to research some cheaper dinners. Of course I say that and then at lunch I buy some cheese curls The weight is still 13.8 lbs (6.3 kg) down from last year and 8.27 lbs (3.75 kg) down from average, but still it is frustrating that all of that progress over the last couple of months was wiped out so quickly...

Weight: 339.6lbs ( 154.0 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: AI Lemon Chicken Parmesan Dinner: Corned Beef Brisket Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Day 7 Sober Month 3 (Day 102) YMCA: No I'm not going to lie, disappointed in today's weight. It's back above the average of the month and the long list. It's still under the average for the year and the last two months. It's great to be down 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg) for the year, but kinda sucks to be up 5.2 lbs (2.4 kg) for the week. And yeah, fluctuations happen, but it would be nice to be fluctuating in the other direction. Steak and eggs for breakfast was great for a while, but that's really getting expensive. I think once I'm out of the steaks that I have I'll just stick to bacon and eggs for breakfast. I set the printer to print the left bicep of the cosplay. It printed the lower half while I was at work and after work I s...

Phantom Hangover? Daily Keto/Sobriety Blog November 30, 2023

Weight: 339.6 lbs ( 154.0 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Pepperoni and Mozzarella Rolls with ranch dressing Dinner: Keto “Hamburger Helper” Drinks: pot of coffee with cream, Kroger Energy shot, Sugar Free Rockstar 12pk Kroger Seltzer Water Lemon Days Without Beer 5 Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Headache, stiff neck and muscles, foggy head. “Dr Google” says that “Phantom Hangovers” can happen days to months after quitting drinking. Then again it might just be that I need to buy a new pillow, the one I have now is quite old. Not quite as down today as I was yesterday. But still a little slow this morning. Wasn't looking forward to going to work. I am seriously getting tired of working with these “children” and everyday is just waiting for the day to get over with. Today was better emotionally for me than yesterday was, but going to work just feels so empty. Roommate is home this week. He was telling me about his ne...

Weight: 339.6lbs (154 kg) BMI: 43.6 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: X Lunch: Johnsonville Beddar with Cheddar Sausages with mustard Dinner: X Drinks: ~1000ml water, 2x Kroger Energy Shots, Sugar Free Red Bull, and Orange Powerade Zero      I need to get myself out of bed earlier. I wake up around 8 every morning and I just lay around waiting until I have to get ready for work. I know I have things that I want to do, need to do, but I'm just laying there, waiting until I have to go to work. I don't feel depressed (well I'm not all that excited to go back to work) I just feel so comfortable laying there.      Didn't take the time for breakfast again today. But it didn't effect me much today. Perhaps it was because of how busy it was for the first couple of hours of work. Today started out just as busy as it was yesterday, but it eventually faded off. I've, ironically, always worked on Labor Day, so I'm not sure what people ar...
