Weight: 301.5 lbs ( 136.8 kg) BMI: 38.7 Waist: 51.0 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 68.9% Breakfast: Sausage Eggs Cheese Lunch: Johnsonville Double Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Sober Year 1 (Day 592) Keto Month 5 (Day 158) (203/365 Days 2026 Keto) Didn't sleep very well last night. There was a strange muscle soreness on my front left lower belly. And had a hard time finding a position to lay that didn't aggravate that soreness. It hurt less today than it did yesterday, but I woke up this morning with a headache and a lot of general muscle soreness. I wonder if that general unwellness that I had this morning was dehydration as after having coffee and some of the sparkling water I felt better. That was a really good weight this morning. Only 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg) away from the lowest so far this year. And the waist is down. Pretty sure that this matches the record for the year.  Had sausage patties with the eg...

First Day of Fall! 9-22-2022

  Weight: 360.8 lbs (163.7 kg) BMI: 46.3 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHR: 79.1% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Artichoke Bacon Chicken Soup Dinner: Chicken Alfredo mood: Chill      First day of fall!! (Dancing around). And today has the perfect weather for it. I'm kind of chuckling that the high temperature went from 93 F (~34 C) to 60 (~15C) It would be nice if it stayed that way for a while but after tomorrow the temps are going to jump back up to the 80's (>27 C) I guess it beats the temps in the upper 90's (upper 30's C) that we were getting over the last couple of months. I wasn't going to turn the heater on, but last night I had opened up the windows to enjoy the cool down. So this morning when I woke up it was 50 (10 C) something degrees outside, therefore it was that cold in my house. Yeah, I flipped that heater on real quick.
