Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Weight: 336.8 lbs ( 152.8 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55.5 in (141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole Dinner: Slow Cooked Chuck Roast with Mushroom Gravy Drinks: Quite a few cans of Seltzer water of various flavors Weeks Sober 3 (Day 24) I didn't do much before the Doctor's appointment. I was kind of afraid of eating too much or drinking any coffee because of the effect that the food would have on the scale, or the caffeine in the coffee on the blood pressure. These factors are why I'd prefer to have appointments and meetings in the morning if I could. Not that I have had a whole lot of doctors appointments, but even when I work later in the afternoon, I spend the entire day counting down how much time I have until I have to go into work or that meeting. The bacon I had for breakfast was the bacon that Stepdad was kind enough to donate to me the other day. When he gave it to me he said that it wasn't very good quality, I thought he...

Weight: 333.2 lbs ( 151.1kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole , Kroger Sour Cream and Cheddar Chips Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: coffee, several cans of Big K Cherry Cola Zero Sugar      Weight has been up for the last couple of days, wanting to tell myself to not worry about the daily ups and downs. I hear a lot of people online to not to do a daily weigh in because whenever it is up you'll drive yourself mad trying to figure out the reason that it is up. I'm going to guess that the reason is that I'm still processing the case of beer that I drank on Tuesday. But I'm trying to take the couple of days of ups too seriously, I don't plan on drinking any more beer, and I've made a lot of progress this year. So if I get bummed out by the day to day weigh in I'll look at the spreadsheet of the whole year. (I have a lot of spreadsheets) But looking at the spreadsheet for the year Feb...

Weight: 328.8lbs ( 149.1 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54.5in ( 138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Cottage Cheese with salt and pepper Dinner: Deconstructed Pizza Casserole Drinks: Couple of cups of coffee, ~2800ml water      Woke up this morning with a doozy of a hangover. It is true what they say about the Keto diet and hangovers. And that was after drinking an entire 24 pack of Michelob. I wasn't queasy or anything but again I woke up tired and my head felt like it was exploding. Had weird popping feelings in my feet that did NOT feel good. If I ever get around to seeing a doctor I'm definitely going to have them look at my feet. I'm fairly confident that walking around this long with more than double my supposedly "ideal" weight has caused some issues that ignoring is just making worse.      I actually had two days off this week. The last couple of weeks I've only had one day off, it was nice to have two this week. It kind of a mixed ...
