I'm not sure if there was something wrong with me yesterday. I am glad that I am off today because I was crawling out of bed this morning at almost 11:30. Woke up today much more well rested than I did yesterday. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe I was having a reaction to the Nathan's Hot Dogs. They brag that they use the same recipe for the last 100 years, but I do have to wonder if I'm having a reaction to the processed meat. But then again I don't seem to have any problems eating bacon, sausage patties, or the store brand bratwursts.      Had a really strange dream this morning. (mostly strange because I can remember it) I had dreamed that I was visiting a cursed cast

wrote out the post, but forgot to post it last night, so I'll go ahead and post it now Weight: 336.2 lbs ( 152.5 kg) BMI: 43.2 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: St Louis Pork Ribs Dinner: St Louis Pork Ribs Drinks: a can of caffeine free diet coke, pot of coffee, 4500ml water      Had a late breakfast as I woke up with a feeling that I needed to get up and start running around. I just felt that I needed to get out and do something, but I really didn't have anything to do. I did forget that I was going to buy some baking soda to try to clean off my Pyrex pans, but by the time I realized that I forgot the one thing that I was going to do today I had spent way too much on other things. Thankfully I already have some baking soda in my cabinet. It'd suck to spend money on stuff that I already had.      The thing is when I got home I thought I'd try to finish off the diet sodas that had made me feel so down over the last several

I did run to the store to pick up some more also got some queso to go with the ribs I was baking.      One of the recipe videos that I've planed for this month had gone live today. I have three of the four recipes I want to upload this month pre-recorded, but I haven't gotten around to making more videos. I think that is my main struggle with becoming a professional YouTuber. I get a couple of videos done. And instead of using the headway of the three or four videos already done and just make more videos I just kind of sit around.      Today I was kind of sitting around thinking I was supposed to be doing things. But I really didn't do anything. I did manage to get one of the recipe videos that I have pre-recorded

Heck I didn't do much worth tracking this whole week I spent all day sitting here at my computer. I am on vacation and vacations are for sitting down and chilling, but I couldn't help but thinking about all of the stuff that I wanted to get done this week and didn't get done this week.      I should probably stop complaining about working at the store, or not getting videos done. I had all week to do something about those, but instead I just sat here at my computer binging on the various social media sites.     Earlier this week my weight did go up quite a bit, but it has gone back down. I do get that weight fluctuates, but it gone all the way back up to 340 and now it's back down to the lower 330's which was a surprise that it fluctuates that much in just a

I convinced myself that I was just cooking breakfast out of habit. And when I started writing this out I started getting hungry, but I'm pretty sure that's just because I'm thinking about food. I call this effect “Mouth Hungry” a quick google search shows that “Mouth Hungry” is a term used by other people and has different meanings for what I've used it for. But it is important to remember that physical hunger is different from emotional and/or mental for taste of hunger.      Strange weather today. When I woke up it was almost 60 (15 c) but some heavy clouds moved in. The forecast for this afternoon was 36 (2 C) The way the sky darkened and wind picked up I

That just doesn't seem like a very compelling read. I started off the day thinking that I was going to clean up the house a bit, but never got around to doing any cleaning. I did get some dishes washed, but that's hardly worth bragging about.      Honestly today was one of the days that I was worried about at the start of this week. Where I'm just sitting here at my computer not doing anything, blinking and then it's several hours later. My vacation is already half over and I've only finished one or two videos that I've wanted to work on.      I did bake a rack of ri

( Komm Freund, schalte den Werbeblocker aus)     Was supposed to be off today, but the 7am to noon checker called in, hooray for overtime. My knees and everything down were telling me that I should have said no to the overtime. I agreed to stay until noon, but the customer service manager told me that the customer service was overstaffed so she sent me home "early" and she checked instead.      I'm very more than annoyed that my watch is already broken. The watch face has separated from the rest of the body of the watch. I haven't even had th

On the way back into town I was really craving Nachos so I swung by the store to grab a smaller chunk of Velveeta cheese to make Queso Soup. What I call Queso soup is a small container of Velveeta “cheese” with a pound of ground beef a can of the store brand version of Rotel tomatoes and a packet of taco seasoning. The roommate had left town a bit late in the morning and by the time the “soup” was cooked it was after noon so I just called that Lunch.      I was off today so I spent most of the day working on a script for a video that I want to release this Friday. Every Friday I want to release a video of the weird things that I've had to deal with while working at a grocery store. And this week I'm working on a thre

The site said that it'd be delivered between 8am and noon. And I woke up about 10. (Stayed up quite a bit later than I should have last night.) So I spent the first couple of the hours of the day staring at the front door, singing The Marvelettes. At noon it still wasn't here I refreshed the package tracking site and it said that it'd be here between 11:45 and 12:45. So naturally it got here at 12:45, after me staring at the door some more. I don't know why I'm so eagerly waiting packages when they are due in, I'm sure it would have been fine sitting in the mail box. And it took several hours for the watch to charge the battery and to update the software on it anyway so I didn't have to hav

It's just hard to imagine that I've lost that much in just a few days. Catching up with the weight makes sense with how much I've been peeing. During the last couple of days there was the Amazon, Nile, Mississippi, and my bladder.    Had hard time getting to sleep last night, once I did get to sleep I slept straight through the night but did flop around a bit before passing out.    I baked some ribs. Which was big enough and late enough to consider as lunch and dinner. I finished editing and posted the recipe video for the Southwest Style “Detox” Chicken soup . But again it was one of those days where I'd blink and it was several hours later. I guess that it is Tuesday. I want Tuesdays be my days off it would

Working On a Spreadsheet Daily Blog January 31, 2023

I love working on spreadsheets, they are quite satisfying to get working. If I could choose my dream job, I think it would be a 9 to 5, Monday to Friday, data entry job. But I think that might be a dream of a dream job, it sounds like something that could easily be replaced by AI. And I have to say It is a lot funner working out the spreadsheet tracking my weight loss over the year than it is to be cleaning my house like I'm supposed to be doing. It took me considerably longer than I expected to get all of the formulas on the spreadsheet sorted out. But at least for the rest of the year all I have to do is stand on the scale and measure my

It didn't hurt all that bad, it's just kind of an annoyance. Might need to uptake my salt intake. I'm really surprised that I still made progress this morning. Dinner last night was about a half a rack of St Louis ribs. So I was expecting to weigh in this morning with a half a rack of ribs sitting in my gut. But I guess that didn't matter. Wasn't able to finish the later half of the ribs this morning. The microwave turned the leftovers into leather. :( I can eat an entire rack of ribs in a single day, so I don't think I'll be wasting the other racks of ribs that I bought on the sale. I'll just have to eat those on my days off. But they're going to sit in my freezer in the meantime.      Pants

Sagging Gut Daily Blog January 24, 2023

Haven't updated that goal just yet. I have 10 pound milestones and it is still too close to the 330 (149.7 kg) goal to be satisfied that I am past that goal. Waist is still in the mid fifties, but I noticed myself lifting up on the gut because it seems to be resting on the area under the gut more often. So it does seem to be making progress, (which I do appreciate) it'd just be nice if that progress was in the circumference and not just in the slack. I can measure the circumference, I don't know how to measure the sagging of the gut.      Breakfast again was bacon and eggs. This is four strips of bacon and three fried eggs. I'm kind of getting tired of fried eggs. I was only able to eat two of the eggs. “Tired of Bac

A body at rest tends to stay at rest. And I have been “resting” way too much. It is frustrating that I can't seem to get the energy to do anything outside of going to work and sitting at my desk watching YouTube. But I just can't seem to get anything done. My “Sabbath” is supposed to be on Tuesday. And the last week or two I've worked on Tuesday. And had a different day off. And lately I've only had one day off per week. I don't want to complain about the overtime. I do need to save up for a very important financial situation that I need to resolve. This is a financial position that I swore that I would never fall into again. And I have to say I am reall

They are seriously reeking up my house.      Taco Bell for lunch really wasn't on the meal plan. But I do have to say that the Doritos taco with spicy ranch dressing is dangerously good.      Got my car oil change done. I took it to a local garage instead of back to the dealership. Last oil change I took it to the dealership and it took them five or six hours to do the change because they "don't follow their online appointments". But this only took about an hour or so to get my car in and oil changed. I also had them do a check on the engine.       The last couple of months the engine just sounded rough as hell. It sounded like it had a bad throat or something. When the mechanic looked at the car the air intake and the le

I never really wanted to stop, I just didn't do it. The same with the Keto diet. I new it was what I wanted to do, but I just didn't do it. And now I'm back on the diet and wow, I can feel a difference, both physically and mentally. I've been back on the Keto diet for about a week or two now and I could feel the day that I got back into Ketosis. It felt like a cloud flowed through and out of my body and now I'm feeling just constant bursts of energy. Although that could just be the pot of coffee I just now finished off. But then again coffee didn't used to have such a strong effect on me. There have been times where I've drunken an entire pot of coffee and then feel like taking a nap. But now I fee
