I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. But the scan says that fat is up a little On the way home from the hospital with Roommate I happened to drive by where the new YMCA is going to be and wow that is going to be huge. Roommate was surprised that I cared because he thought that I had quit going. And it wasn't that I had given up on the idea of going to the Y it's just that I was waiting for him to go back to work. He asked me why h...

I'm sitting here at my computer just kind of drifting off. It will always be Christmas in our hearts, but it's February on the calendar and my Grandma was wanting me to take down her Nativity Scene. I normally would have taken it down a lot earlier, but every time I had a day off we've been having snow storms. There were some days that it was really nice outside, but then I had to work. She told me that I didn't have to bother with taking down her lights today and I could come out and take those down some other day. But I don't like leaving things half done. And honestly taking down her lights are the easiest part. After taking Grandma's decorations down I talked with Mom for a bit as she li...

Weight: 345.8 lbs ( 156.7 kg) BMI: 44.4 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: AI Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Week 1 (Day 14) Sober Month 1 (Day 53) I was scheduled to work 10-7 today. But there is a new lady who was scheduled to close the desk this evening and she's been having a hard time getting it done correctly and today is Saturday so if things are off tonight they'll be off for Sunday and that could throw off things for all of next week. I was a bit confused when they called me from the store to ask me to stay late because they asked me to come in “an hour later and stay until 9” Well if I'm scheduled to come in at 10 and I come in an hour later and stay until 9 that would mean that I would be working from 11 to 9pm. And no thanks. I usually work 11-8 so that must have confused them.  Roommate did some grocery shopping this mornin...

Today is up 2.4lbs (1 kg) but I'm pretty sure that is mostly snot in my head. I'm also a bit frustrated that the waist is up also. But fluctuations happen. I didn't have coffee again today as just as I was finishing the bacon and eggs Roommate came downstairs and announced that his nurse was on the way. I helped him wrangle his dog into his room but then I had to go to work. And good gravy everybody else came into the store also. I am so glad that nobody complained to me about it being busy. There's a promotion for 4x Fuel Points on Friday, the Super Bowl is this weekend, and they're talking about snow next wee...

I could NOT fall asleep. Sitting at my computer I couldn't even keep my head up. But going to bed I felt like I was hyper charged or something. I tried doing meditation and breathing exercises. But I was distracted by the feeling of my pulse pounding through my hands. Sleep tracker says that I fell asleep around 1:25 but I'm pretty sure it was closer to 2am. It does show that I got considerably more “Deep Sleep” than I normally do so maybe once I passed out I passed all of the way out. FINALLY progress at last. A week and a half into the year and finally under the starting weight of the year. I can't help but think that there might be a connection to how closely I...

This tends to happen a lot. Just out of happenstance, I just happen to be off on the week that Daylight Savings Time changes. I'm flexible enough that it really doesn't effect me much. I had woken up at around 8am this morning (even though I had set my alarms for 6) that's not much off from the time I usually wake up. I did drive myself crazy for a while comparing the time it was and what it would have been without the time change. But I convinced myself to stop doing that because it'd just drive me crazy with how much time I “lost”. I think it's lost because it bein...
