I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. I drank that this morning as I woke up, but I don't think that it was really necessary. I didn't have time to have proper breakfast thou...

This week they're scheduling Supervisors at 7am. The guess is because of the holiday. But even the Customer Service Manager doesn't know why, she just has to schedule what they say that she does. That's why I don't blame her for the scheduling me only 39 hours for most of the year. She can only schedule what they allow her to. I have to laugh I'm writing this later in the evening while playing the word match game that I've been kind of obsessing over lately. And it just played an advertisement for “Glycol Storage Tanks” You know, to deice your airplane! Yeah, they missed their target audience on...

I thought I was going in a few minutes early to get that coupon situation corrected. Thankfully the lady working customer service this morning was the cashier who rang me up yesterday. I doubt that she remembered that exact coupon but she remembered that I used coupons and that none of the coupons that I used had any errors. I'm sure that it helps that she knew who I am and I have a good reputation so she went ahead and gave me credit for the coupon. What was f...

Weight: 326.4 lbs ( 148.0 kg) BMI: 41.9 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: X Dinner: Beef Stew at Mom's House Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sober Month 10 (Day 321) Heh, 321 days sober Veterans Day. Thank you to all who served. Quick post because I spent the day at Mom's house doing laundry. I don't know what happened to the entire evening as I got home around 8 (I think) I did inventory of the food in the freezer and then cooked the Cabbage Soup that I'm planning for dinner and I was shocked to see that it was 11:30. well, I did have to run to the store at around 9pm to grab a bag of cauliflower rice that I had forgotten when I did the shopping this morning while Roommate was at his doctor's appointment. It really shouldn't have taken two and a half hours to cook that soup. It's not a complicated soup.  As I was at Mom's house when I would have normally had lunch I didn't have lunch. 1,000% certain...

Some people get really up in arms about the Daylight Savings Time changing back and forth, I am flexible enough to not be too bothered about it. It is a strange concept though. I got the email this morning that the pants that I ordered the other day had finally shipped. Err “finally” I had just ordered the pants on Thursday and they're due to come in tomorrow. What was kind of confusing is that the email says that they're being shipped by the USPS and they're still scheduled to be delivered on Sunday. I didn't think that the United States Postal Service delivered anything on Sundays, but looking it up, yes they do deliver on Sunday but it is limited to “Expre...

Weight: 326.6 lbs ( 148.1 kg) BMI: 41.9 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs with ranch dressing and salsa Lunch: Bedder with Cheddar Johnsonville sausages, queso Dinner: Taco mix Drinks: Cup of coffee with cream, ~4000 ml water Strange amount of hunger lately. Last night waiting to go home I was just going nuts hungry. Woke up this morning feeling starved. I ate two drumsticks and two thighs for dinner last night, and that was after eating a small serving of Hamburger Sausage Alfredo right as I got home from work. So it's not like I'm actually starving myself. Perhaps my gut is starting to notice that I'm only eating one single serving of a recipe instead of an entire meal meant for a family of four. At least I don't think I'm starving myself. 4 strips of bacon and 3 fried eggs, (most days) a bowl of soup or a serving of a casserole, and then for dinner (usually) is four pieces of chicken. I've also been thirsty as heck. When I first...
