I was scheduled to work a little bit of everywhere on the front end today. Tomorrow I'll be doing the same thing. I'm guessing that's because there are so many people on vacation so they need me to do a lot of different jobs. So this is going to be a shorter post as it took a while to recover from work. Another really good drop on the scale this morning. Probably has something to do with the fact that I had to wake up in the middle of the night to go pee. Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili with Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 7 Sober Month 2 (Day 68) Stepping out of bed hurt like I jumped into lava, but by the time I got to the bathroom and down to the scales the feet had stopped hurting. It will be nice to get healthy again so I am not gasping in pain when I'm first standing up in the morning. Looking out of the window this morning really kind of inspires me to build up my savings to try to save up to buy my own house. Just like the last time it snowed, the neighbors seem to think that it'd be fun to drive around the backyard. Can't say that I'm a big fan of snow in itself, but I really don't like seeing tire tracks all over the snow. If I get my own place I won't be seeing the results of goofballs driving all over my backyard. Or at least...

Didn't have time to make coffee. I am curious as to if there are any other chemicals in Coffee that make you feel good. Sure there is caffeine, but it's not like Coffee is just caffeine and water. That might go onto the Research “To Do List” I was fine when I got to work, but when I got to work I grabbed a can of Sugar Free Monster and I had one at lunch. But later in the evening I was dragging hard . I had an energy shot and a Powerade, and then a Propel. But still by the end of the night I was just no other description, but down.
