Roommate was up all night last night screaming in pain. I'm a bit nervous to ask him what's wrong, only because I'm pretty sure that I already know. I'm willing to bet that his problems are something to do with his “Werther's Original Meal Replacement Plan” he's never been a big fan of the Keto/carnivore diets (The Proper Human Diet as Dr Berry calls them). He came up with the idea of whenever he gets hungry, instead of eating he'll have a piece of candy instead of eating real food. Kind of like how when people try to quit smoking they suck...

Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili with Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 7 Sober Month 2 (Day 68) Stepping out of bed hurt like I jumped into lava, but by the time I got to the bathroom and down to the scales the feet had stopped hurting. It will be nice to get healthy again so I am not gasping in pain when I'm first standing up in the morning. Looking out of the window this morning really kind of inspires me to build up my savings to try to save up to buy my own house. Just like the last time it snowed, the neighbors seem to think that it'd be fun to drive around the backyard. Can't say that I'm a big fan of snow in itself, but I really don't like seeing tire tracks all over the snow. If I get my own place I won't be seeing the results of goofballs driving all over my backyard. Or at least...

Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs  Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Queso Pork Rinds Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Powerade Zero Orange, Propel Water Berry Keto Week 1 (Day 12) Sober Month 1 (Day 51) Slow start this morning. Didn't have time to make coffee. I am curious as to if there are any other chemicals in Coffee that make you feel good. Sure there is caffeine, but it's not like Coffee is just caffeine and water. That might go onto the Research “To Do List” I was fine when I got to work, but when I got to work I grabbed a can of Sugar Free Monster and I had one at lunch. But later in the evening I was dragging hard . I had an energy shot and a Powerade, and then a Propel. But still by the end of the night I was just no other description, but down.
