This morning after breakfast I put a pork steak in the oven for lunch. Mom was working on cleaning the kitchen and I thought I'd be clever and stay out of her way so after the pork steak was done baking I turned off the oven and waited while she cleaned the kitchen as I kind of felt bad that I was cooking while she was trying to clean. She brushed it off, but I still felt bad for making a mess while she was cleaning up a mess. The thing is that after the steak was done baking I had just left it in the hot oven for a while. Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili with Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 7 Sober Month 2 (Day 68) Stepping out of bed hurt like I jumped into lava, but by the time I got to the bathroom and down to the scales the feet had stopped hurting. It will be nice to get healthy again so I am not gasping in pain when I'm first standing up in the morning. Looking out of the window this morning really kind of inspires me to build up my savings to try to save up to buy my own house. Just like the last time it snowed, the neighbors seem to think that it'd be fun to drive around the backyard. Can't say that I'm a big fan of snow in itself, but I really don't like seeing tire tracks all over the snow. Didn't have time to make coffee. I am curious as to if there are any other chemicals in Coffee that make you feel good. Sure there is caffeine, but it's not like Coffee is just caffeine and water. That might go onto the Research “To Do List” I was fine when I got to work, but when I got to work I grabbed a can of Sugar Free Monster and I had one at lunch.
