Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili with Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 7 Sober Month 2 (Day 68) Stepping out of bed hurt like I jumped into lava, but by the time I got to the bathroom and down to the scales the feet had stopped hurting. It will be nice to get healthy again so I am not gasping in pain when I'm first standing up in the morning. Looking out of the window this morning really kind of inspires me to build up my savings to try to save up to buy my own house. Just like the last time it snowed, the neighbors seem to think that it'd be fun to drive around the backyard. Can't say that I'm a big fan of snow in itself, but I really don't like seeing tire tracks all over the snow. Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs  Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages, Queso Pork Rinds Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Powerade Zero Orange, Propel Water Berry Keto Week 1 (Day 12) Sober Month 1 (Day 51) Slow start this morning. Didn't have time to make coffee. I am curious as to if there are any other chemicals in Coffee that make you feel good. Sure there is caffeine, but it's not like Coffee is just caffeine and water. That might go onto the Research “To Do List” I was fine when I got to work, but when I got to work I grabbed a can of Sugar Free Monster and I had one at lunch. But later in the evening I was dragging hard . I had an energy shot and a Powerade, and then a Propel. But still by the end of the night I was just no other description, but down.
