Weight: 302.1 lbs ( 137.0 kg) BMI: 38.8 Waist: 51 in ( 129.5 cm) WtHr: 69.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bratwursts Dinner: Member's Mark Hot Dogs Drinks: Salted Coffee, Monster, Sparkling Water, Dr Pepper Zero Sober Year 1 (Day 615) Keto Month 6 (Day 184) (229/365 Days 2026 Keto) I was really slow to wake up this morning. I remember waking up to hear Mom talking on the phone with Step-Dad at around 8am, then I rolled over suddenly it was almost 10am. I don't think I had a hard time falling asleep last night. Weight: 332.3lbs Waist: 54.5 Mood: excited Breakfast: Pot of coffee, ½ box Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper 4oz shredded cheese Lunch: Crunchy Cheetos, Chili, Energy shot, Cherry Sparkling water Dinner: Sir Loin Pork Chops, Cheesy Ramen I always find myself in a great mood at the beginning of each month.  But I do think I can do this daily food blog.  I'm planing on using this to keep me mindful of what I'm eating.  And I know that the Hamburger Helper, Cheetos and Ramen isn't exactly on the diet that I want to be doing.  But I am sure that I can eventually work towards the foods I want to be eating.

Weight: 336.4 lbs Waist: 53.5 Mood: impressed Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of coconut oil Lunch: Cheeseburger Patties, Bratwurst Dinner: Deli Fried Chicken Snack: Sirloin Pork Chops Notes: I haven't been tracking my weight loss or food intake like I have been wanting to lately. Feet still hurt, but I think that's more because my shoes are starting to get worn out than because of my weight. Although the walking to work might be adding to that a bit as well. I was a bit nervous this morning standing on the scale because I did break the Keto diet last night, eating a rack of ribs with mac and cheese and a 1.25 L of Pepsi...
