Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Deli Fried Chicken, Pringles Sour Cream Cheddar  Dinner: Chuck Roast with Onion Mushroom Gravy Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 11 (Day 334) Scale is dead this morning. No “Low Battery” no error message, nothing to indicate that it has any issue. I just step on it and it has no reaction. I opened the battery compartment to see if it just needs new batteries and the entire battery compartment is just corroded away. There's a lot of corrosion on both ends of each of the three batteries as well, so I'm not sure if the corrosion came from the batteries or from something wrong with the scale. But either way, the scale is dead and it'll be a week or so until I'll be able to get a new one. They don't cost very much, but I don't want to spend that much of my weekly allowance on a bathroom scale. I typicall...

Weight: 332.3lbs Waist: 54.5 Mood: excited Breakfast: Pot of coffee, ½ box Chili Macaroni Hamburger Helper 4oz shredded cheese Lunch: Crunchy Cheetos, Chili, Energy shot, Cherry Sparkling water Dinner: Sir Loin Pork Chops, Cheesy Ramen I always find myself in a great mood at the beginning of each month.  But I do think I can do this daily food blog.  I'm planing on using this to keep me mindful of what I'm eating.  And I know that the Hamburger Helper, Cheetos and Ramen isn't exactly on the diet that I want to be doing.  But I am sure that I can eventually work towards the foods I want to be eating.

Weight: 336.4 lbs Waist: 53.5 Mood: impressed Breakfast: Coffee with a tablespoon of coconut oil Lunch: Cheeseburger Patties, Bratwurst Dinner: Deli Fried Chicken Snack: Sirloin Pork Chops Notes: I haven't been tracking my weight loss or food intake like I have been wanting to lately. No real excuse outside of just being lazy. Which is a running problem for me. But I have been walking to work recently. I think that might have contributed to the FOUR FREAKING POUNDS I lost over the last week or so. I am excited that I am once again down for the year on weight and for the first time this year being down on waist. Feet still hurt, but I think that's more because my shoes are starting to get worn out than because of my weight. Although the walking to work might be adding to that a bit as well. I was a bit nervous this morning standing on the scale because I did break the Keto diet last night, eating a rack of ribs with mac and cheese and a 1.25 L of Pepsi...
