I took some allergy tablets, it is interesting how quickly those take effect (affect?) I do have to wonder how much of that is placebo. Does placebo work if you know it's placebo? Brains are weird. But it is a very strange feeling when the eyes dry up and sinuses drain out. I was too busy this morning paying bills, balancing and rearranging my budget to cook the goulash that I was wanting to. It was a bit annoying to see that it was already 10:15 by the time I was done paying and moving things around and I had to work at 11. so All I had time to do was cook breakfast and get ready for wo...

Weight: 328.6 lbs ( 149.0 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken   Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee with Cream, Kroger Seltzer, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 8 (Day 244) Keto Day 7 I was able to read a little before bed last night. Still working on “A brief history of time” By Dr Stephen Hawking. And that chapter was talking about quantum mechanics, not as in depth as the chapter before it. But I was getting the feeling that he was really forcing the “brief” in the title into this chapter. It was more like, this person discovered this thing, and then this person discovered that thing, One person thought that this thing worked in one way and then the other person discovered it worked in the other way. If I ever get around to finishing this book I think it'll take a couple of more readings to understand it. When I woke up this morning the first thought was what time do I work today? Oh, right I'm off today and I...

Weight: 342.6 lbs ( 155.4 kg) BMI: 44 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Instant Pot Chili with Hot Dogs Dinner: Rib Eye Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 7 Sober Month 2 (Day 68) Stepping out of bed hurt like I jumped into lava, but by the time I got to the bathroom and down to the scales the feet had stopped hurting. It will be nice to get healthy again so I am not gasping in pain when I'm first standing up in the morning. Looking out of the window this morning really kind of inspires me to build up my savings to try to save up to buy my own house. Just like the last time it snowed, the neighbors seem to think that it'd be fun to drive around the backyard. Can't say that I'm a big fan of snow in itself, but I really don't like seeing tire tracks all over the snow. If I get my own place I won't be seeing the results of goofballs driving all over my backyard. Or at least...

Again happiness is not a number on the scale, but I'd be lying if I said that I wouldn't have been in quite the mood that I was in yesterday morning if I had the numbers I had today. Not sure if it's the lighting in the Men's restroom at work but the last couple of days when I get to work I still have to pee a lot. And the pee looks quite dark in the urinal. Dark pee is a sign of dehydration. But, as usual, I had just finished off a pot of coffee. I think that I've heard that coffee dehydrates you. Can you drink a half a gallon of fluid and then be dehydrated? I really can't wait until spring c...
