I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. I didn't have time to take inventory. So I didn't make a meal plan for the week. Had a late lunch because I was at Mom's house doing laundry. More often than not I would have had lunch at Mom's house while the laundry is going, however I had bacon and eggs right before I went to her house. I had leftover bratwursts for lunch because Roommate didn't eat his half of them last night after I baked the set of them last night. And he didn't want them this afternoon. He had gotten a rather upsetting call from his, er, former trucking company. I figured if he didn't want them I'll go ahead and finish them off. The microwave didn't do the steak very many favors. It tasted good, but it was all kinds of dried out. I now have bits of meat stuck in my teeth      I think I figured out the source of these damn flies. And probably why my kitchen smells like rancid pee. A week or so ago I made a rack of ribs in the Instant Pot and I'm just now getting around to doing the dishes; I really need to do dishes a lot more often. This once a week or waiting until all of the forks and plates are used up really is just breeding flies and bad smells.      But...
