I know that you're not supposed to get hung up on the day to day weights, but that's just an irritation. It was so very satisfying this morning when I checked by bank balances and the rent check had came through and it left me with the amount that I'm wanting to keep for the weekly allowance. Or close enough, it was off by $5, but that's how much I had transferred to the various accounts yesterday. Today was hopping busy at the store. There was a rumor that tomorrow is going to be, shock, gasp, horror, going to be the average normal temperature for January...

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Bar-S Jumbo Jumbos Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 375) Keto Day 5 Woke up in a really comfortable mood. I'm working 10-7 today so a little bit earlier than I'm used to. And I did wake up naturally right at 8am, but I kept trying to tell myself that I have less time than normal to get things done. It was like my brain was saying, “we need to get up and hurry!” and my body was like, “cool, cool story bro” The weight has tracked up over the last couple of days, but not nearly as much as the last several years. In the previous years I had thought that it was because of the onset of winter. When I did get up and going and took my watch off to put it on the charging pad I noticed that there was some puss on the inside of my wrist. I had noticed a sore developing where the buckle (?) is on my wrist and it s...

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42.1 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Rib Eye Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Month 10 (Day 324)  I got home last night and I just shut down. I worked until 9pm last night closing the desk. It wasn't that stressful. I actually got out on time for the second time in a row that I got out on time when closing the desk. A lot of times when closing the desk I get out 15 to 20 minutes late. But last night I was able to get out right at 9 O'clock. I did pay my car registration yesterday. The invoice said that it was $150.02 and I remembered in the past when I paid with my debit card there was a fee. I thought that I would be clever and run by the store and grab a Sugar Free Red Bull and withdraw $160 and use that to pay the car registration. However when I got there there was still a fee so I ended up paying $152.54. It is really annoying to pay a fe...

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: Cheeseburger Soup Dinner: Cheeseburger patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Gatorade Zero Orange  Sober Month 8 (Day 257) Keto Week 1 (Day 12) Roommate has a stomach bug, woke up several times over the night to hear him retching. When I woke up properly he had called me on the phone to have me bring him some bananas and trash bags, I'll admit when I saw that he was calling me I was kind of worried that he was about to say that he needed to go to the hospital. But no he just has a stomach bug. I wondered what he could have eaten to get sick as I did cook dinner last night. But then I remembered that he had ordered some Taco Bell for his lunch yesterday. Not saying that's the cause of his illness, but I will say that I'm not sick. It's kind of fun when the weight is down exactly one pound. Some of the p...

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs with salsa Lunch: Cabbage Soup Snack: Hamburger Sausage Broccoli Alfredo Dinner: Baked Chicken Drinks: Pot of coffee, ~3600 ml water      Oh, good the smart watch is broken. The face wont turn on, the buttons don't seem to do anything, and it wont connect to the phone. But do you know what does work on it? The alarm -_- I'll be glad when this winter is over. It's never really bothered me before, but this cold is really starting to get annoying. It just keeps going. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be complaining about the heat soon enough Back down to last months' lowest weight. GOODBYE ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS. Looking at the graph of the weight over the year is interesting though. Last month there was a real sharp downwards trend from the 18 th to the 25 th . And that's when I started buying diet sodas and from time to time buying beer. And it gradually climbed....

Weight: 327.2 lbs ( 148.4 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Leftover Ribs Lunch: Instant Pot Beef and Turnip Stew Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Couple cups of coffee, Tap water    Woke up with a bit of a Charley Horse this morning. It didn't hurt all that bad, it's just kind of an annoyance. Might need to uptake my salt intake. I'm really surprised that I still made progress this morning. Dinner last night was about a half a rack of St Louis ribs. So I was expecting to weigh in this morning with a half a rack of ribs sitting in my gut. But I guess that didn't matter. Wasn't able to finish the later half of the ribs this morning. The microwave turned the leftovers into leather. :( I can eat an entire rack of ribs in a single day, so I don't think I'll be wasting the other racks of ribs that I bought on the sale. I'll just have to eat those on my days off. But they're going to sit in my freezer in the meantime.      Pants ...
