I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. It would be easy to blame the weather. It's a nice gentle rain. The kind of rain that this area needs. But it's the kind that makes it easy to sit here just listening. It really was another one of those, "Blink and it's three hours later" kind of days. Trying to do, "No Shave November"  but I'm starting to get to where the facial hair is getting annoying. I've been told that it stops getting irritating after a point, but I've had yet to find that point. I put some extra shampoo on my face when I showered this morning. It didn't help. Kind of a boring day October 19, 2022

Work was okay, we actually had everyone show up today. Still understaffed like crazy. Was oddly crazy busy. I don't know why it's been so busy this last week or so. The only thing that I can think of is that now that autumn is in full swing the sun is starting to do down earlier and when people see the sun going down they freak out and run to the store. Even though the store is open till 10 every night. But that's just how people think/act. I know that the Mac and cheese is about the opposite for the Keto diet that I keep saying that I want to be doing. Car is Fixed (?) Daily Blog 4-27-21

They are seriously reeking up my house.      Taco Bell for lunch really wasn't on the meal plan. But I do have to say that the Doritos taco with spicy ranch dressing is dangerously good.      Got my car oil change done. I took it to a local garage instead of back to the dealership. Last oil change I took it to the dealership and it took them five or six hours to do the change because they "don't follow their online appointments". But this only took about an hour or so to get my car in and oil changed. I also had them do a check on the engine.       The last couple of months the engine just sounded rough as hell. That's a Lot of Steaks Daily Blog 4-24-21

Weight: 355.2 lbs (161.1 kg) BMI: 45.6 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr 77% Breakfast: Grilled Beef Steak Lunch: Kroger Single Salad Bowl Dinner: Velveeta Skillet Dinner      For Breakfast I grilled beef steak. I forgot to label the meat when I put it up in the freezer. I cleaned out the freezer and since I haven't been planing out my meals like I want to be doing all I had in the freezer are various (mostly unlabeled) steaks. So it kind of looks like I'll be doing a mostly carnivorous meal plan for the next week or so. Seriously I have about 12 steaks for the next week or so. I do plan on restocking the freezer. But I would like to go through all of these steaks that I have built up.      For lunch I had a salad kit that my store sells in the produce department. It was a bit smaller than I'm used to eating for a meal. But that might be a good thing. But I do miss the Salad Bar that our store used to have. It was closed when the COVID pandemic started, ...
