I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. It did finally seem to get the hint of what I was trying to do. It was trying to do a lot of programming code and it finally gave me a widget in the code so I could just input my daily spending so it doesn't have to regenerate the entire code every time I spend anything. I'm going to try to avoid buying anything, but I might pick up an energy drink or two. But I think the savings plan is going to work out just fine. What's really fun is that according to the projection I might be adding to General Savings by the end of January. It doesn't actively hurt. But every time I rub my nose, or touch my face there's a bit of a sore spot right at the bottom of the right nostril right between where the facial hair an my nose is  For what is supposed to be my day off on a normal week and Vacation this week today had a lot of running around. Woke up right as Roommate had to go to his appointment. Did the grocery shopping while he was in there. I was going to pay the electricity and gas bills while at the store, but had forgotten to write down the account numbers. So I had to run home to get the account numbers. I was laying in bed thinking of all of the stuff I want to get done today, but Tuesdays are my days off, but I have a lot to do today...repeat.      When I did finally convenience myself to get going I was excited to see that I was back under 330 lbs (149.7 kg) again! It's only by 3oz (90g) But hey, it's still under the last goal. Unlikely to meet the next goal ( 320 lbs {145.2 kg} by June 5) 330 lbs is the goal that I've been working on for the longest. And that's the one where I know if I hit it, I'm on the right track. When I'm not doing things right I'm never under 330 lbs. Waistline is up a bit from yesterday, but I'm noticing that the sides of the gut are sinking in again. ...

Weight: 329.8 Waist: 53 in Breakfast: Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes, coffee Snack: bagged salad, cheese, Ranch dressing Lunch: deli fried chicken, peach sparkling water Dinner: Philly Cheese Burger Hamburger helper, Kiwi Strawberry Sparkling water Notes: Woohoo! Finally under 330 lbs again. I haven't been under 330 since November. I'm going to see if I can stay under 330 for a bit before I change what I say what my new target weight is. I had a slow cooker cooking a pot roast last night, but my mother had invited me over to her house for dinner so I was able to set up a couple of servings of pot roast for today. However, when it came to eat the pot roast just didn't sound good at the time, but I will hold on to it for future meals.
