Sill under the “Morbid Obese” so still making progress. What was exciting was that my waist was at 52 inches (132.1 cm) I'm pretty sure that's the lowest waistline that I've recorded on here. In Mom's Laundry room there is a rack of stuff that blocked off the breaker panel and as the plumber was scheduled to come out this morning we had to get the stuff off of the rack to move that rack so he could turn off the breaker to the water well. And didn't get any coffee. Nice to see another record low weight for the morning. Or at least I think it is I didn't have much time to test the scale a lot to see if it was glitching again today. I thought about getting a new scale when I get groceries next week but looking at the app the only bathroom scale that they have only reads up to 330 lbs and it would be nice to be at that level, I'm just not there yet. I guess you could say that a month and a half of sobriety is a good start, but weight loss and financial gain isn't where I was hoping to be. I was late getting to bed last night. (Didn't sleep until 3am) No reason why, I was feeling rebellious. Kind of getting tired of the bed, work, bed, work cycle. Of course not going to bed actually makes me tired.
