Dropping under the average for the month. Still up for the month, but under the average. And a reminder why one shouldn't really sweat too much on the daily fluctuations. I had to work at 9am and unfortunately I pulled myself out of bed at around 8. So I had to pretty much do the wake up and run out of the door kind of wake up that I was trying to avoid the last couple of times I was scheduled to work the 9 to 6 shift. And didn't get any coffee. Nice to see another record low weight for the morning. Or at least I think it is I didn't have much time to test the scale a lot to see if it was glitching again today. I thought about getting a new scale when I get groceries next week but looking at the app the only bathroom scale that they have only reads up to 330 lbs and it would be nice to be at that level, I'm just not there yet. I guess you could say that a month and a half of sobriety is a good start, but weight loss and financial gain isn't where I was hoping to be. I was late getting to bed last night. (Didn't sleep until 3am) No reason why, I was feeling rebellious. Kind of getting tired of the bed, work, bed, work cycle. Of course not going to bed actually makes me tired.
