I had just ate a pretty good sized Pork Steak. That's all I had, but I was satisfied after dinner. But a couple of hours later my stomach was kind of rumbly Today started off AMAZINGLY I woke up and today was down 4.8 lbs (2.1 kg) waist is down 2in (5 cm) and the Rent and Grocery Checks came through on the same day that the Pay Check came in. I'm always holding my breath for the week or two it takes for the Rent Check to come through. So it is always a massive relief when it comes in. The challenge for today is not to spend any money. Kind of reminds me of the idea that the only way that a diet will work is if you treat it more than just a “diet” it should be a “lifestyle” It is interesting that over the last couple of days the “Body Composition Scan” on my watch has marked a notable increase in “Body Water” I'm not sure how much to trust this scan as it is just a watch scanning my wrist and the two fingers on the other hand. I was a bit slow to the start. But once I had breakfast I thawed out the freezer. For as dry as my hands have been lately it's surprising how much ice had built up in my freezer. I know, every month they charge my savings accounts $3 each if the balance ever goes below $100 during the month. There are several carts that have screws sticking out of the side of the wheel that when they roll around they squeak as it goes by the wheel brace. I swear that they just glance at the cart, see that it has four wheels that go around and bring it back up to the front. Oh well, at least it will be a week or two without that “Squeak, squeak, squeak” that drives everybody in the store insane. The steak was left out all night and I reheated it in the cast iron skillet that had leftover bacon grease in it that had also been sitting out. Sleep just didn't happen. Google says that Keto Insomnia is a known phenomenon that can last up to four weeks. That would suck. I really don't want to flop around until March. Today was higher than yesterday's, but still considerably lower than the average for the year. I was down 5.4 lbs (2.4 kg) yesterday compared to the day before, I'm not going to be bothered by being up one pound (0.45 kg) today.
