Just kind of laid in bed for an extra hour, kept telling myself that I needed to get up and get going. I just was kind of lazy this morning. Annoyed that the BMI is still above the “Morbidly Obese” level. Today I wore another one of the new pairs of pants that I had ordered last week. These are pretty conformable as well. They are a lot quieter than the “Tactical Police Pants” I was glad to note that these pant's phone pocket was able to hold my phone as previous pairs of pants the phone pocket was too small for my phone. Weight: 351.0 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: can't find my tape measure WtHR: “” Breakfast: bacon and eggs, can of Mt Dew Major Melon zero Lunch: Spaghetti Dinner: Leftover Spaghetti Soda: 2 L Pepsi Zero Sugar mood: well rested       A bit of a slow start to the morning. I didn't have any caffeine for most of the day yesterday, so I slept quite well last night. It is nice to wake up well rested. But “A body at rest, tends to stay at rest.” And I didn't realize this until a few hours later as I was typing this up, but when I woke up I didn't have the stiff painful feet and legs that I've been waking up with for the last while. I'm not sure if the avoiding the soda was the causation or a correlation.       I have today and tomorrow off. The “Plan” is to try to get some cleaning done. My mom is leaving for a road trip to visit my sister in another state, and I'm going to be pet sitting for her. I do this from time to time. And I al...
