I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. Not sure why, it wasn't really that late when I went to bed. Later than I've been wanting to, but not really as late as I have before. I woke up early enough to wake up properly, but not early enough to get a proper breakfast or do anything that I want to do. This tends to happen a lot. Just out of happenstance, I just happen to be off on the week that Daylight Savings Time changes. I'm flexible enough that it really doesn't effect me much. I had woken up at around 8am this morning (even though I had set my alarms for 6) that's not much off from the time I usually wake up. I did drive myself crazy for a while comparing the time it was and what it would have been without the time change. I have blankets covering my upstairs windows to keep the heat of the sun out during the day, I'm thinking that I'm going to take them down at night. It was hard to wake up with the room that dark. Didn't get up and going until almost 11am.      Since I slept in so late it felt silly to cook the bacon and eggs that I normally would have had so I just finished off the last of the spaghetti for lunch instead. Again not very Keto, but I still had that last half of the box of spaghetti     Recorded another recipe video today. But didn't get around to editing yesterday's or today's videos.   Weight: 362.2 lbs Waist: 58 in Breakfast: leftover chili mac Lunch: Deli Baked chicken, Sugar Free Rockstar energy Dinner: kind of had nacho's without chips Snack: Fritos corn chips   Finished off the last of the soda that I had leftover. Hoping that I don't buy anymore. Didn't pick up any beer after work so that is a start. Did pick up a couple of 2 litters of diet soda with groceries tonight. Little disappointed with that. I finished the chili that cooked the other night and for dinner tonight I tried to make some sort of Mexican dinner mix. Ground a pound of hamburger, added a pack of taco seasoning and a small container of the Velveeta brick cheese. It ended up making something a lot like what I call Nachos. My nachos really is the same with a large brick of Velveeta. I'm always up to eat a bowl of cheese, but it really wasn't what I was going for. I would tell her not to worry, but that that's kind of her job. She recommended a YouTube channel known as FlyLady to me to help with my lack of organizational skills. Ironically I haven't had time to check out her channel yet I was able to wake up early enough to cook breakfast. Bacon and eggs are good for Keto, but I'm not sure if I'll want to have this every single day. Cooked a large pot of chili yesterday so had leftovers. This is basically my weight loss plan, financial plan, time saving plans coming together. So many things work out when I plan out my meals and since I live by myself (mostly, my roommate is a trucker) I cook a large casserole or a large pot of soup and separate it into individual servings.
