I do say that Beef and Eggs>Pork and Eggs. But it is always nice to cook eggs in butter. Not sure why eggs and butter work so well, but I'm not complaining. Today was a really busy but smooth day. There was another “Store Walk” when the big wigs come through the store making sure that we're doing everything right. They were kind of obvious when they came through so I really made sure that I kept acknowledging the lady at the front of the store as in a previous store walk I was called out on because I wasn't standing in front of the registers where the supervisor is “supposed” to stand. It is an AI inspired recipe Called Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake. It was an easy thing to cook and it came out pretty well. Cutting up the onions did make my eyes burn for a while though. It took all day to edit the video. I just kept falling asleep here at the desk. I hope that isn't a indication on how people are going to react to the video. Took the dog out for a drive this afternoon while Roommate was with his nurse. It was unnerving that my tires gave a “Low Pressure” warning. I was getting that warning for the last couple of days.
