I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. It is an AI inspired recipe Called Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake. It was an easy thing to cook and it came out pretty well. Cutting up the onions did make my eyes burn for a while though. It took all day to edit the video. I just kept falling asleep here at the desk. I hope that isn't a indication on how people are going to react to the video. Took the dog out for a drive this afternoon while Roommate was with his nurse. It was unnerving that my tires gave a “Low Pressure” warning. I was getting that warning for the last couple of days.
