I woke up at 8am and just kind of laid there for most of the 9 O'clock hour. Again, I wasn't sick or feeling ill, I just really had to fight against the idea of laying around on my day off. It's my day off I should just relax. But then I knew that if I didn't do anything I'd get frustrated that I didn't do anything on my day off. Weight was up a bit, but within the regular fluctuations. I worked on a script for the store story video for this week. But did seem to spend a lot of time just kind of sitting around. It is an AI inspired recipe Called Cheesy Spinach Sausage Bake. It was an easy thing to cook and it came out pretty well. Cutting up the onions did make my eyes burn for a while though. It took all day to edit the video. I just kept falling asleep here at the desk. I hope that isn't a indication on how people are going to react to the video. Took the dog out for a drive this afternoon while Roommate was with his nurse. It was unnerving that my tires gave a “Low Pressure” warning. I was getting that warning for the last couple of days.
