Weight: 335.2 lbs ( 152.0 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 56.5 in (143.5 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot Keto Week 2 (Day 19) Sober Month 2 (Day 80) Wow, that was a drop. I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. But the scan says that fat is up a little On the way home from the hospital with Roommate I happened to drive by where the new YMCA is going to be and wow that is going to be huge. Roommate was surprised that I cared because he thought that I had quit going. And it wasn't that I had given up on the idea of going to the Y it's just that I was waiting for him to go back to work. He asked me why h...

Weight: 343.6 lbs (155.9 kg) BMI: 44.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Sausage Ham Egg and Cheese Scramble Lunch: Bar-S Hot Dogs Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Diet Arizona Lemonade Tea, Celsius Fuji Apple Pear, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 3 Sober Month 2 (Day 64) I ended up using my nose on my phone to set up some videos to fall asleep to. It didn't take much of the shortening to cover my hands. I wonder if I bought too much. There was only one size of can, but it only took a couple of fingertips full to cover the entirety of my hands. It was a bit distracting to have my hands inside of socks. And I probably shouldn't have used the socks that I wore yesterday. There was a smell, but the crustiness was more distracting. The warmth on my hands was nice though. When I woke up this morning the hands had kind of stiff skin on the back of them, but they didn't hurt. I'll continue the experiment to see if it helps. But I'll p...

Weight: 351 lbs ( 159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58.5 in (148.6 cm) WtHr: 79.1% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Baked Chicken with Rice Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Kroger Energy Shot, Sober Month 1 (Day 35) YMCA: X Woke up this morning with a bit of a headache that just kind of lingered all day. Not bad enough to effect (affect?) me too much. But it did seem to drain my energy though. The temperature outside can only politely be described as REALLY FUCKING COLD. It's been snowing off and on. They were saying that they're only expecting a dusting to a trace, or wait, a trace to an inch or wait 1 to 2 inches. They seem to have a hard time deciding how much were supposed to get, but it is Kansas. I wont hate on anybody trying to predict Kansas Weather. It's so cold outside it's even cold sitting here at the computer. I even had to put on a sweatshirt to sit here next to these giant windows that I have in my living room. Weight: 345.4 lbs ( 156.7 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Egg Stuff ? Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Hamburger Patties with Cheesy Garlic Bread Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 29) YMCA: X Finally got around to cooking that recipe video that I'm planning to upload next week. I wasn't able to do the taste test part of it because Roommate woke up while I was still cooking. But it did smell quite nice. And I took the opportunity to take inventory of the freezer to set up the meal plan for the week. The recipe that I cooked would have made a better lunch than a breakfast. The recipe called for sausage, but the sausage that I had was only good until today. But I wasn't confident that I would be able to cook it today so I picked up another pack of sausage last night on the way home from work. But as I was able to cook that recipe I ended up having an extra thing of sausage that was ...

Minecraft and Salty Coffee Daily Keto/Sobriety Blog December 18, 2023

Weight: 334.6 lbs ( 151.8 kg) BMI: 43.0 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 76.4% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: Beef Hot Dogs Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Couple cups of coffee with a teaspoon of salt and a splash of cream, Quite a few cans of Seltzer water of various flavors Weeks Sober 3 (Day 23) Not a very productive day today. I am using the last of the Paid Time Off that I have for the year. So I'll have four days off instead of two and when I got up this morning my computer updated the video driver and I thought it'd play games a bit better (it's been looking a bit rough lately) but what game did I play to see if my computer is playing games well? Minecraft. Not the game that pushes the computer the most. I was just going to start it up for a bit, but I kind of got pulled in. I just kind of looked up and it was close to 10 hours later. I really didn't even do anything. I really just flattened out an area to start a farm and the wall to go around it. I did explore a b...

Weight: 351.6 lbs (159.2 kg) BMI: 45.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: “” Dinner: Nachos Soda: Diet Pepsi mood: relived I did NOT sleep well last night. I wrote that I drank a 2 liter of Pepsi zero on yesterday's blog, but after I posted that I drank the better part of a 2 liter of diet Pepsi, and WOW. I flipped and flopped until probably 4 in the morning. I really need to stop drinking pop. The money I withdrew from my stocks landed in my checking account before the checks I wrote to pay my electric and gas bills last week. That was my main concern for the last week or two. Sure I technically had enough in my checking account to account for those two checks. But it was getting TIGHT. It got so tight I had even suspended my YouTube plus subscription. I thought about turning it back on, but no watching a month of ads on YouTube is going to be my punishment for letting my finances get so bad. Made a video on how to make Egg Stu...

Weight: 359.2 lbs (162.9 kg) BMI: 46.1 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHR: 78% Breakfast: Egg Stuff Lunch: x Dinner: Taco Casserole   Soda:      Mountain Dew Zero 16.9oz: 3      Sunkist Orange Zero Sugar 16.9oz: 3      Diet Dr Pepper 16.9oz: 2      Pepsi Zero 16.9oz: 2      Dr Pepper 2 L Woke up this morning with a strange headache, it felt like a hangover, which is strange as I hadn't had any alcohol in several days. Perhaps withdraw? WebMD shows the symptoms of withdraw as Anxiety Shaky Hands Headache Nausea Vomiting Insomnia Sweating So far the only symptom that I've ran into is a headache this morning. I didn't sleep all that well last night, (TMI incoming) but only because I seemed to have to get up and go pee every ten minutes. I'm not sure if that was because my body getting rid of toxins from alcohol, or the diet soda that I was drinking last night (caffeine is a diu...

Annoyed at the Internet 9-30-20

Weight: 353.8 Waist: 57.5 Breakfast: Egg Sausage Scramble Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili, diet Pepsi Dinner: KC Strip Steak Just finished writing this out and the internet decided to eat it. I'll stay up for a bit to see if the internet decides to come back on. But I might just have to wait until I get up in the morning That was quite a weight drop today compared to yesterday. Almost 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) in a single day is...wow. I don't think this will be a trend. But I have to say my knees are feeling better today than they have been in the last couple of weeks. Feet are still cranky, it would seem that my knees hurt when I'm around 360 lbs (163.3 kg) and my feet stop hurting when I'm under 330 lbs (149.7 kg). That's still more than double my “Ideal Weight” 169 lbs (76.7 kg) Had something that I call “Egg Stuff” For breakfast. “Egg Stuff” is a pound of sausage, 6 eggs (scrambled), a can of Rotel, and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar. This just did no...

Daily Food Blog 8/9/18

Weight: 340.6 lbs Mood: Tired Breakfast: Salad Bar (Mixed greens, chicken breast pieces, shredded cheddar, Ranch Dressing,) Lunch: Egg Stuff (½ dozen eggs, 1lbs pork sausage, 8oz shredded cheddar, small can Rotel) Dinner: Garden Salad with 4oz canned salmon, shredded cheese, ranch dressing Note: Slept better last night than I have in a while and was able to wake up and get to work. But the tiredness that I have been dealing with lately is more of a mental tiredness. I just can't seem to get the “get up and go” to get anything done. Again I didn't get a meal planned for lunch at work and my lunch was scheduled before the deli was open so I hit up the salad bar. I am not crazy about eating off of the salad bar when tracking my food. The salad bar is really good, so it's not about flavor, the problem is that it is a serious pain in the butt to log all of the things that I put on my salad when compared with just logging a single recipe or food...
