Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. And it seems to be holding, but for a while I was thinking that I was going to have to buy a new one. That would kind ...

Annoyed at the Internet 9-30-20

Weight: 353.8

Waist: 57.5

Breakfast: Egg Sausage Scramble

Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili, diet Pepsi

Dinner: KC Strip Steak

Just finished writing this out and the internet decided to eat it. I'll stay up for a bit to see if the internet decides to come back on. But I might just have to wait until I get up in the morning

That was quite a weight drop today compared to yesterday. Almost 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) in a single day is...wow. I don't think this will be a trend. But I have to say my knees are feeling better today than they have been in the last couple of weeks. Feet are still cranky, it would seem that my knees hurt when I'm around 360 lbs (163.3 kg) and my feet stop hurting when I'm under 330 lbs (149.7 kg). That's still more than double my “Ideal Weight” 169 lbs (76.7 kg)

Had something that I call “Egg Stuff” For breakfast. “Egg Stuff” is a pound of sausage, 6 eggs (scrambled), a can of Rotel, and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar. This just did not sit well with my stomach. I was running to the bathroom every couple of hours this afternoon. and it wasn't a pleasant experience. The chicken chili that I made yesterday was still amazing. But the spices have seemed to have grown more potent. I prefer more flavor than burn in my meals and this one was pushing it. On my way home I picked up a couple of bags of salad, but I didn't feel like measuring out serving sizes so I just had the KC strip that I had gotten out of the freezer the other day.

Can't wait for it to get cool enough to kill off these damn flies. They seem to have some sort of fascination with my head. I must look like a spaz waving my hands around my head. Fly lands on my head, I try to ignore it. It's in my hair. try to ignore it. Oh it's in my ear now. Customer asks me what I'm swinging at. They always seem to sneak up on you and fly swatters never connect.

Had a bit of a mental release Monday and Tuesday. Back in July I bought a couple of computer chairs because the chair that I had bought earlier this year had broken down. And for some reason the payment took from July to the end of September to get posted. I wasn't sure if this was a problem with my Bank, Paypal, or with Office Depot. I didn't know who to call and since I kind of collapse when I don't know what I'm supposed to do. I just kind of waited to see what would happen. I wasn't sure if it'll just go through on it's own, or if I'd get a collections letter in the mail, or if a swat team would break down my door because of grand larceny since I got this really expensive furniture without paying for it (that last part was a joke). But it is good that these payments have FINALLY posted. This is a mental relief because I don't have to keep wondering if these were posting today or if I'm going to get an angry letter or what, now I know that this is over with. And I can put that mental energy into other things. And I can focus on my savings plan. The plan is to only have a couple of hundred dollars in the checking account at a time. And then have one savings account where I keep two months worth of bills in that account and then if I can save any more than two months in that account I'll transfer anything more that I have into a “Long Term Savings” and I'll use my “Long Term Savings” to add into an IRA that I have at my bank. I've been encouraged to look into investing, but I haven't really taken the time to look all that hard into doing that
