Weight: 332.4 lbs ( 150.8 kg) BMI: 42.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Dinner: Cheeseburger Patties Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 10 (Day 313) Because of the ending of Daylight Savings Time I inadvertently posted a little earlier than I normally do last night. As I was going to bed I noticed that it was just getting to 11pm, I usually post around midnight. But I was so tired by eyes were starting to stick closed. Even so the sleep tracking app still says I was awake until after 2am. And I still woke up at 8am, even though I should be used to be waking up an hour earlier because of the time change. Spent a while thawing out the freezer. It's not completely thawed out as there is still ice in the back of the box, but at least the vents are uncovered so the food in the fridge will stay good. Lunch: Chili with cheese, Sugar free Rockstar energy

Dinner: Baked “Cheddar” Bratwursts Michelob Ultra Infusions Lime and Prickly Pear

 

Loaded coffee is Coffee with cream, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, fiber supplement and this Torani sugar free seasoning that I picked up from the store. This time around I picked up the caramel flavor, there are other flavors. I think I'll pick up vanilla next. Carmel isn't bad, but this bottle of flavoring lasts for a really long time. I have thought about picking up a Keurig. The coffee pot that I currently have is a 12 cup pot and I live by myself, so whenever I get in the mood to drink some coffee I'm driven to drink the whole pot of coffee, somehow I don't think that's a good idea. I think that's still better than drinking soda, which I'm still trying to quit. I did feel better today that I have in a while. I'm not sure if it was the whole pot of coffee that I drank over the morning and early afternoon. Or the breakfast that I ate during the late morning.

I'm really trying not to make this a daily complain about work blog. But I had an alright day at work today. For some reason I was scheduled to work 3p-11 as a carryout the entire time. There are days where I'm scheduled to work as a carryout for an hour or two to fill in a gap. It is strange to be scheduled for a full day as a carryout. It is strange to have a full eight hour day where there wasn't a grown adult throwing a temper tantrum. Kind of makes me wonder it's just my way of handling people.

Had chili with cheese in it for my lunch break. Is it strange to put cheese in chili? Whenever I have chili for my lunch break people tend to ask “what is all of that yellow stuff in it” and people seem to be surprised that it is just some shredded cheddar that I have mixed in.

Worked late so didn't do much after work. Didn't get any soda. Still trying to quit soda. Picked up some Michelob Ultra (strange that my word program recognized Michelob) “Infusions” It says that it's Lime and Prickly Pear Cactus Flavored. <I need to quit alcoholic beverages more than I need to quit soda.> This particular flavor isn't one I'll pick up a lot. It was new so I wanted to try it. It has a very “artificial” taste. I'm not sure if that explains it very well. Maybe it's just hard to get citrus flavor right, there is a new 5 Hour Energy “orange” energy shot that tastes bad as well. Had the Store brand “Cheddar” Bratwursts. These are brats that have some cheddar cheese inside of the meat. I used some ranch dressing as garnish
