I keep catching myself just sitting here at the computer. I blink and it seems to be an hour and a half later. It was quite busy today at work. But the day went smoothly. There was a moment of frustration a kid that was supposed to work yesterday who had a doctors note about not being able to work for the next week or so. The manager didn't bother telling anybody until about an hour before he was supposed to come in to tell anybody that he wasn't going to be able to come in. Thankfully they were able to convince one person to stay late and another to come in on her day off. The frustration there was the guy...

It is fascinating when I put the link to the Bacon and Eggs in the top part of the post the link box will always try to bunch the words “Bacon” and “and” together so if I'm not careful it will show it as “Baconand Eggs” It is strange that it doesn't do that with any other recipe it's only the bacon and eggs that get smashed together.

Another great drop in the weight. The short goal is 330 lbs (149.7 kg) Not sure when to consider that goal “Beaten” I don't want to say it as soon as the scale shows a weight less than that because it could be up the very next day. I think that I'll just keep that the goal until the end of the month. If it is under 330 lbs by May I'll change the "Short Goal" to 320 lbs (145.2 kg)

Got paid today, unfortunately so did Evergy and Kansas Gas. (Not Sponsored) Paying the Electricity and Gas bills left me with $30 for the week. Next week Verizon (Not sponsored) will get theirs and the week after that Cox (not sponsored) will be paid. I'm just praying that Cox doesn't turn the internet off before May 1st, when I plan on paying them. The Electricity and Gas will be again the week after that. The week after that would be Rent (praying that Roommate has his benefits sorted out) the week after that will be the collective bills for June. I really do hate spreading out the bills like that. Ideally I want to pay off the bills all in one go. But at least by June (fingers crossed) I'll be caught up and back to saving like I want to be doing. And there are five Payday Thursdays in May so that will help. Just annoyed that half of the year is going to be gone by the time I start saving up again.

A kid at work asked me if I got any more of the Cosplay printed off. I told him that bills come first. And I only have $30 to last me a week. He scoffed and insisted that a roll of filament is “only” $20. I could not convince him that it would be MONUMENTALLY stupid to spend 2/3rds of the amount that I have for the week on a roll of filament that wouldn't even last printing off two decent sized parts of the costume. And that's not including tax, shipping and handling, etc. It's “only” $20, and you have $30! And then what? Something that comes up and I spent the last of my money on filament that will be gone in two or three days. Then what? He didn't have an answer for that. Other than, “It's just $20!”

I'm sure that the $30 will last me as I don't have anything to buy. Anything other than the drinks and/or snacks for the week which I'm wanting to break the habit of anyway. All of the lunches and dinners are covered by the Meal Plan. What I'm worried about is stuff I'm not planning for. $30 bucks isn't much if something else happens this week. But as far as I can figure I just need to be careful for a few days. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I'm off Monday and if I need to buy anything it'll have to wait until Tuesday when I could write a check which won't pass until Thursday when I get paid.

Yeah, four months sober. I wish I could be confident that the Keto Count could get that high, but Roommate is talking about doing a Meatball and Pasta Slow Cooker meal sometime this week. I don't think that will count.
