Had a hard time falling asleep last night, but was still able to wake up and get to work on time.

Really good drop on the scale this morning. I haven't started a year under 330 (149.7 kg) since 2015. I've been lower in weight a couple of times last year. But I haven't been this constantly low for quite some time. I went ahead and updated my current goal to 310 (140.6 kg) as it's so close to the 320lb (145.2 kg) goal that it seemed silly to set that goal for the new month. 

Roommate had started a tradition of eating a can of black eyed peas right at midnight. And eating an entire can of beans right before made me wake up with a bit of “Thunder on the Prairie” Thankfully the store was really quite empty while I was a major contributor to global warming.

I did have a lady come through rather upset that her Valentines Candy and themed items weren't ringing up at half price because, “All of the Holiday stuff should be on sale and Valentines Day is a holiday” I have the same argument every year, with different people (probably) every year somebody gets upset that we have Valentines Day stuff for sale right after Christmas, while they're buying it, and then get upset that it's not on the same markdown sale as the Christmas items

I was a cashier for a couple of hours and then moved to the desk for a couple of hours. When I got to the desk the guy who had opened the desk went to lunch. He said that the cashier who let me out wasn't feeling very good so he was sending her home and the girl who was training at self checkout would be the cashier. I didn't realize how bad the cashier was feeling until I heard somebody shout and run up behind her and catch her as she fell down. The manager called for the paramedics everybody around said that she was showing signs of “Hypoglycemia” even though the manager on the phone with emergency services kept saying “hyperglycemia” the cashier's mom came in and took her home. The paramedics let her mother take her home. I hope she gets to feeling better, she said that she had never had diabetes before. The manager told us to go ahead and cover her hours for tomorrow.

I had went to lunch, but as I had forgotten to buy a calendar when I got groceries back on Tuesday I had to run to the big store on the other side of town. While I was there I picked up the stuff to get Taco Salad that I had also forgotten with the rest of the groceries as well. But since I had ran to the other side of town and did some shopping I didn't have time to go home and eat lunch there so I just grabbed a pack of Smoked sausages at the big store and ate those on the way back to work.

When I got back to work I was glad that I wasn't in the service desk as the Back Up Customer Service manager was arguing with a guy because he was insisting that his lottery ticket was a bigger winner than the machine said it was. And then later on a lady wanted to buy a $500 Apple Play Card and was insisting that she was “buying it for work” as supposedly her boss called her and told her to buy the gift card for “data management” That second person was arguing with another lady in the service desk and ended up convincing her to sell her the card. The lady in the desk wasn't too upset with having the lady fall for the obvious scam as the lady was just being so rude to her. FAFO

I have to say that I was cashier for most of the day. I do like being a cashier, but the dance I do while ringing people up really pissed off my left foot. I'm kind of planting my right foot and pivoting around on my left so I'm basically jumping around my left foot. 

Usually on the night of New Years I shower and shave, just to do a kind of cleansing ritual. But I had to wake up early in the morning. I didn't take time to shave before work. I was going to shave before going to Grandma's, but just as I was going to do that, Roommate ran into the bathroom and was screaming in agony before taking a nap. I'm not going in there after that.

At Grandma's I had chips, cookies, fudge, and other really not very ketogenic stuff.  Oh, well, Merry New Year. I'm not too worried about resetting the Keto kount I love hanging out with my very blessed family.

 Still praying for my cousin Uncle said that she was transferred to a Wichita Hospital to have some sort of special type of dialysis as it "didn't take" in the hospital in our town. I don't know much about the procedure, but I don't know if that is a good sign if a hospital can't do it and they have to send somebody to another hospital to do it. I'm not sure if that's saying something about the hospital in our town, the hospital in Wichita, or her condition. 

I feel like there was something else I wanted to say, but I am really tired now.
