Weight: 324.2 lbs ( 147.0 kg) BMI: 41.6 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: X Lunch: AI Chili Members Mark Hot Dogs Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 372) Keto Day 2 I got to sleep pretty quickly last night, but the watch gave me a pretty low “sleep score” for last night because I woke up early and there seemed to be some updates during the night so it interrupted the tracking. I didn't wake up, but it didn't track my sleeping so it gave me a bad score because it didn't track any sleep several times over the night. I was able to wake up pretty good this morning before work. I was kind of worried as I was scheduled to come in at 7am which is quite a bit earlier than I usually work. I did buy a Sugar Free red bull the other day when I got groceries. I drank that this morning as I woke up, but I don't think that it was really necessary. I didn't have time to have proper breakfast thou...

Keto Day 5 If you're following along, no you didn't skip 12 days. I was thinking that it was getting pretty close to the yearly mark, but something wasn't lining up correctly so I went back and looked at the date where I started this last attempt at sobriety and it was (more or less) the day that Roommate came home and looking back I had started this Sobriety Streak on December 17, 2024. (Got a bit distracted looking over the notes for the year) I haven't been perfect at uploading or even making an entry on the writing program. So Happy S oberversary to me. And good God, this year has been the shortest longest year of all tim...

Weight: 326.5 lbs ( 148.1 kg) BMI: 41.9 Waist: 54 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: AI Chili Dinner: Chuck Roast Green Beans Bagged Salad Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 11 (Day 355) Keto Day 4 Weight was a little up from yesterday, but down compared to the day before I was looking over the receipt from yesterday's shopping again just to see if that $17 off of a $170 order was on there and it just wasn't there. I thought I was going in a few minutes early to get that coupon situation corrected. Thankfully the lady working customer service this morning was the cashier who rang me up yesterday. I doubt that she remembered that exact coupon but she remembered that I used coupons and that none of the coupons that I used had any errors. I'm sure that it helps that she knew who I am and I have a good reputation so she went ahead and gave me credit for the coupon. What was f...

Roommate had to take public transportation to get home. When Roommate got back home the guy had left, but he had left a small generator hooked up to the AC unit outside. He did come back to continue working on it. I'm a little disappointed that it wasn't done by lunch. But hey, done well is better than done fast. He got the AC working, but he'll come back next week to finish some work on the Heater. I don't think that we'll have to worry too much about the heater working or not. He's also going to install a digital thermostat When I first got to work I felt really ...

Thankfully Roommate will be home if there are any issues. I was starting to get worried because it was 10 o'clock and he still hadn't called. I only saw that he was here because I saw his van pull up to the back of the house. We were, more or less, ready for him. We just had to drag the dog up to Roommates room. I think I recognize the technician I'm pretty sure he introduced himself to me as someone who did some work on my Grandma's house. Kind of nervous to ask him about it. He removed the heater from the basement and the AC unit from outside. And my guess of him, “being done by lunch” was kind of correct because...

Weight: 345.8 lbs ( 156.8 kg) BMI: 44.4 Waist: 58 in (147.3 cm) WtHr: 78.4% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Divan Dinner: Pork Steak, Garden Salad with Ranch Dressing Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Week 3 (Day 26) YMCA: X I was wired for sound all night last night. I could NOT fall asleep. Sitting at my computer I couldn't even keep my head up. But going to bed I felt like I was hyper charged or something. I tried doing meditation and breathing exercises. But I was distracted by the feeling of my pulse pounding through my hands. Sleep tracker says that I fell asleep around 1:25 but I'm pretty sure it was closer to 2am. It does show that I got considerably more “Deep Sleep” than I normally do so maybe once I passed out I passed all of the way out. FINALLY progress at last. A week and a half into the year and finally under the starting weight of the year. I can't help but think that there might be a connection to how closely I...

I did get to bed on time, more or less, and it didn't take me long to fall asleep. But the sleep record said I didn't fall asleep until almost 2 in the morning. I have a guess as to what might make the phone think that I was awake for so long. I'm thinking that it might be because I had set the phone to play some space documentaries to listen to while I drifted off. And I think that the phone saw that I was "watching YouTube videos" instead of being asleep. Clearly the phone was playing videos, and if the phone is playing a video I have to be watching it, right? There's no way I could be asleep while "watchi...

Weight: 344.6 lbs Waist: 55 in Mood: Calm Breakfast: Pot of Coffee Lunch: Grilled Chicken Breast Snack: Bacon Cheddar hamburger patties, a couple of cans of Bud light Dinner: Country Ribs, broccoli cuts, garden salad with peppercorn ranch dressing Notes: when doing smoothies for breakfast it is important to remember to wash the blender afterwords. I didn't get the dishes done yesterday and to be honest the main reason I had pork steaks for dinner last night was the fact I had no clean dishes left to cook with. And I'll admit that it is nasty to admit that my kitchen was filled with dirty dishes that were several days old. But I have not been managing my time very well. I did manage to convince myself to walk to work today. It was just a three and a half hour shift, so it was a short day. The hang up was I was debating whether or not to cook the spare ribs I have in my refrigerator. But the ribs take 2 and a half hours to cook and by the time I g...
