Weight: 329 lbs ( 149.2 kg) BMI: 42.2 Waist: 54 in (137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Quarters  Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Unsweetened Tea Sober Month 8 (Day 267) Keto Week 3 (Day 22) The last couple of days I've noticed that my feet hasn't hurt in the morning. Not sure if that's because I've been off and not walking around all of the time or because I'm back to the Keto. Last week my feet were hurting so I'm not sure that it's completely because of the diet. Here are some things that I had forgotten to mention yesterday because the evening caught up with me quite quickly: I had gotten a new Debit card in the mail and I was out of seltzer so I ran over to the store to activate the card and get more water. Out of habit I had used the store's app to pay for the water and I was heading out of the store when I caught myself and went to the ATM and activated my card.  And...

Weight: 344.8 lbs (156.4 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Taco Soup with Sour Cream Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Day 4 Sober Month 2 (Day 65) Weight is tracking up again. But waist is down. It is kind of interesting how much the waist is fluctuating this month. It's only bouncing back and forth between 58 in (147.3 cm) to 57 in (144.8 cm) but it usually stays pretty steady. The car did get to the gas station, which was a relief. I looked it up and my car Chrysler 300 (not sponsored) has a 18.5 gallon (70 liter) tank. And when I fueled up it took 18.136 gallons (68.652 liters) lol. I got there on fumes, good will, and foreword momentum. I knew it was low so last night when I left the store I picked up a bottle of fuel injector cleaner. Weight: 344.8 lbs (156.4 kg) BMI: 44.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Bratwursts and Mac and Cheese Dinner: Millionaire Chicken Casserole Drinks: Pot of coffee with cream, Diet Mt Dew, Dt Dr Pepper Weeks Without Beer 2 (17 Days)      Didn't do much today. I did manage to avoid spending any more money. It seems strange to say, “whoohoo! I didn't buy anything today!” But this is something that I need to work on.      Got the dishes done...again. For someone who keeps wanting to do meal planning I keep finding myself doing dishes. Seriously it feels like all I do each day is doing the dishes again. There are other rooms in the house that need some serious attention, but I keep getting distracted by getting the dishes done.      Had to get dishes done before I could cook the bacon and eggs for breakfast. I don't know if I need more forks, or just get used to constantly be washing the ones that I have. ...
