I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight. Which makes since because of the last couple of days. Roommate had a couple of doctor's appointments this morning. He's a bit nervous about his FMLA and Insurance continuing. He's not that worried about his job because he's planning on quitting anyway. But he'd prefer to wait until his medical stuff is paid for, but that's his plan. The thing I'm nervous about is every time he goes to the doctor they extend the estimated time he's going back to work. When he came home in December, he'd just be home until the end of January, oh wait, the middle of February, or the middle of March, now he'll “totally” be back to work by the beginning of April. It didn't take much of the shortening to cover my hands. I wonder if I bought too much. There was only one size of can, but it only took a couple of fingertips full to cover the entirety of my hands. It was a bit distracting to have my hands inside of socks. And I probably shouldn't have used the socks that I wore yesterday. There was a smell, but the crustiness was more distracting. I am so ready for spring, it's not even funny. They are talking about more snow this weekend. It did warm up a little later in the afternoon, but that wind was going bananas all day long. I slept with the latex gloves on. The hands still look rough, but at least the skin doesn't hurt. The sleep tracker app is saying that I didn't fall asleep until 2:45, which is a bit of a surprise as I didn't think that I had a hard time falling asleep. I had just ate a pretty good sized Pork Steak. That's all I had, but I was satisfied after dinner. But a couple of hours later my stomach was kind of rumbly Today started off AMAZINGLY I woke up and today was down 4.8 lbs (2.1 kg) waist is down 2in (5 cm) and the Rent and Grocery Checks came through on the same day that the Pay Check came in. I'm always holding my breath for the week or two it takes for the Rent Check to come through. So it is always a massive relief when it comes in. The challenge for today is not to spend any money. So I had that steak with my eggs this morning as he went to a doctors appointment. It was a very Ketogenic meal, but not sure if it was a very hygienic meal. The steak was left out all night and I reheated it in the cast iron skillet that had leftover bacon grease in it that had also been sitting out. So I had a leftover rib eye reheated in bacon grease and fried some eggs in the drippings. Very, very Keto friendly, but all of that meat was left out. So very...um Probiotic? I really do want this to be a weekly series, but I just can't seem to get around to doing it. Weekly Weigh Ins really aren't that hard, it's just a matter of getting out of bed before I have to get running for work.      It looks like the two nights that I ate spaghetti led to quite a bit of weight increase three and half pounds in two days as apposed to the loss of an average of nearly a pound per day for must of the days this week so naturally I picked up a box of mac and cheese on the way home this evening.      The plan this evening was going to be cook dinner proper; a pork steak, and an impromptu box of mac and cheese that I decided to pick up for no reason, and while those cook I was g...
