I took some allergy tablets, it is interesting how quickly those take effect (affect?) I do have to wonder how much of that is placebo. Does placebo work if you know it's placebo? Brains are weird. But it is a very strange feeling when the eyes dry up and sinuses drain out. I was too busy this morning paying bills, balancing and rearranging my budget to cook the goulash that I was wanting to. It was a bit annoying to see that it was already 10:15 by the time I was done paying and moving things around and I had to work at 11. so All I had time to do was cook breakfast and get ready for wo...

Kind of reminds me of the idea that the only way that a diet will work is if you treat it more than just a “diet” it should be a “lifestyle” It is interesting that over the last couple of days the “Body Composition Scan” on my watch has marked a notable increase in “Body Water” I'm not sure how much to trust this scan as it is just a watch scanning my wrist and the two fingers on the other hand. I think that it supposedly sends a pulse through my torso ...

I was a bit slow to the start. But once I had breakfast I thawed out the freezer. For as dry as my hands have been lately it's surprising how much ice had built up in my freezer. Probably because I keep opening up the freezer. I don't know why I keep opening up and looking into the freezer, I make a meal plan each week. I could have been a bit better on the plan for the last couple of days but there's no reason to open up the freezer and stare like I've been doing. I decided to get back to the diet today. I did think about waiting for a “good day” to reset. (Wait for Sunday, waiting for an even day on the Sober Day Count, etc.) But like back in Decemb...

And while I was there I transferred money from my savings accounts as I am expecting the rent check to come through this week. The lady at the bank told me that since my savings accounts are below $100 each all three of them are going to have the minimum amount fee. I know, every month they charge my savings accounts $3 each if the balance ever goes below $100 during the month. It kinda sucks, but what can I do, I haven't been able to save up like I've been wanting to. But apparently there's a different kind of savings ...

Not sure what that's about.  A bit annoyed by the measurements this morning. Reminding myself that daily fluctuations happen. I think I might have had a bit too much meatloaf last night. Then again justifying daily fluctuations is a shortcut to insanity. And one of the reasons they say to avoid doing daily weigh ins. The Amazon order finally charged my account. It still says that it's going to be delivered tomorrow. And the site says that it was shipped, but the only update on the “See all updates” is “Package left the shipper facility” it doesn't say where it's coming from, but it does say that it's still scheduled to be ...

And the half a pound that I gained over the last few days are well within the normal expected fluctuations. And although I haven't been 100% on my diet, I've been doing pretty okay. Or at least I was doing okay this morning. Roommate had a doctor's appointment this morning so I didn't have time to cook the Bacon and Eggs that I usually have. So I didn't have the normal breakfast, but Dr Berry says that even if you just grab some hot dogs, that's still doing good on the diet. But I figure the Johnsonville Jalapeno Sausages taste better than the...
