But only when I first stood up. Was excited to see another record low for the year. Still 8.4 lbs (3.8 kg) from the lowest weight of last year. But I'm still glad for the progress for the year. When I woke up this morning my right ear felt plugged up. Nose was drippy all day long. Not enough snot to get a good blow to clear the entire thing, just a bit of annoying little stream. I was really tired the first half of the day. I'm not sure if it was the weather or what. The last couple of days was really warm and sunny. Today was dark and cloudy. Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon.
