I was dreaming that I was too busy watching videos on YouTube to get ready for work. I had started taking a shower, but concluded that I didn't have time to do that so I ran out the door. And I had hurried out the door to drive to work, but I was more than halfway there before I realized that I had left the house naked. I started to turn around, but figured that would just make me more late for work. So I ran into the store, buck ass naked ran up to the self checkout register grabbed all of the money out of it so I could do the audit to run the register, but decided to run home first to get dressed. Right below the kneecap. It didn't hurt, it was just like there was like a cricket or something jiggling around inside of my knee. I don't think that it's anything to be worried about just yet the knee is working fine this morning and again there is no pain. But it might be something to keep an eye on. Used up the last of the bacon this morning. I debated on wither or not to buy another thing of bacon. But I settled on just buying a smaller pack of bacon. But still down for the month and amazing progress for the year. The bacon was looking a bit rough when I cooked it this morning. It was just kind of gray while it cooked. But than again the scale was a bit glitchy again today. So who knows. I've been trying to cook that stew for little over a week now. Every time I tried cooking I was short an ingredient. I'm just back down to the start of the month. But it's considerably down for the year. Waistline is considerably down, so that's encouraging. It's a bit disconcerting that I got an email this morning that the Jonsonville Jalapeno Sausages are now on recall because there's pieces of plastic in them. I did not little hard bits in the sausages that I had yesterday for lunch. I had assumed that they were bits of bone. But I guess not. I would be eligible for a refund, but I had already eaten them and had thrown away the packaging. No free lunches I guess. I have cottage cheese and hot dogs one day for lunch, the next day the weight is up. I have a recipe that I have saved for lunch the weight is down. I have Jalapeno cheesy sausages for lunch, the next day the weight is up. It's still among the lowest weigh ins for the year. And I'm still down 10 lbs for the year. I think starting tomorrow I'll start doing the tracking in my phone app again. Maybe start going back to the YMCA on Monday. I wont go tomorrow because with their Sunday hours they are only open while I'm at work. I'm thinking of trying to get into a habit of going into the weight room Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I actually moved my scale around to make sure that there wasn't anything underneath it. The watch scan says that there was a pretty big drop in muscle, but there was also a big drop in water weight.
