Got distracted by Minecraft last night to do a blog post. What I was trying to do was to fill out the entire local map. The problem was that as I walked around the sun would go down and monsters would come out at night. I carried a bed with me to “Sleep through the night” but a lot of times when I placed the bed down the monsters would spawn too closely to my bed and I would try fighting them off to sleep, but a lot of times when I was fighting one monster another one would come up behind me and blow me up. If you can get back to the point where your character was killed quickly enough you can pick up the stuff that you had, but the thing is that a lot of time the point where I died would be on the other side of the play area and I wasn't able to see the coordinates where I got blew up at. So I would have to get the stuff back together to make a new map and start over on walking around the map to fill it out.

Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. I just couldn't fall asleep and I also had to keep getting up to go pee. But I guess with that previous issue it's probably a good thing that I had that former issue. I think that might be because of the pitcher of tea that I drank yesterday.

Roommate woke me up to take him to his appointment. And it was a short appointment because he had called me for a pickup right as I was leaving the store. I was really careful with the shopping trip this week because I'm budgeting for the rent check to come through this week and I'll be paying the Water Bill on Payday this week. And then next week I'll be paying the Phone Bill. I've never paid the phone bill that late before, I doubt that they'll cut off service before next week. But priorities are priorities. But for this week I was excited that I was only $2.79 over budget. When I do my grocery shopping I have the Notes app on my phone as a checklist and I use the calculator app as I go around shopping. Today I looked up the prices and added them up before I went shopping. I'm going to start doing that from now on when I go shopping. That'll help with the budgeting when going shopping. But it was nice that I was able to buy groceries this week without writing a check and just using the debit card.

I'm really kind of getting tired of my life being obsessed with money and food and money for food.

Today I made a pot of Paleo Keto Gumbo for this week's lunch plan. I had some Taco Casserole for lunch because I had a couple servings of that left from last week. Stomach kind of grumbled a bit after lunch. I'm not sure if the Taco casserole stayed in the fridge for too long or what, but the irritation didn't last for very long. The Gumbo is a really easy recipe, it really is just put most of everything in the slow cooker and wait a while. The only extra step was to cut up the shrimp into the pot for the last 20 minutes of cooking.

When Roommate did his grocery shopping he announced that he got the stuff to make nachos. And then had me cook it all up. So resetting the Keto Kount, but I'm not going to be too religious on that until he goes back to work. I'm going to try to avoid carbs when I can, but I'm not going to deride him too much if he wants to chip in for dinner every once in a while.
