Weight: 323.5 lbs ( 146.7 kg) BMI: 41.5 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Stuffed Bell Pepper soup   Dinner: Grilled Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 415) Keto Week 1 (Day 9) (32/365 Days 2026 Keto) I noticed that I had transposed the digits from yesterday's weigh in I had written 324.3 instead of the 323.4 that I had on my phone. I'm not sure if I should go back to yesterday's post to correct that or just let it go. It's a bit odd that the check that I wrote on Tuesday for Groceries hadn't came through today. Usually when I write a check on Tuesday it'll go through on Thursday when I get paid. I'm not too worried about it coming through, it's just another day or two when I'm going to be doing extra math to see how much I have left in the checking account. I worked 1pm to 9pm today. I know that Chicken Fried Steak really isn't in the diet plan that I want to be on, but it also sounded so very good. Got a laugh out of my roommate, because I say the same thing every time we go out to eat I get the chicken fried steak.
