Weight: 319.1 lbs ( 144.7 kg) BMI: 41.0 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Strip Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 393) Keto Week 1 (Day 9) (12/365 Days 2026 Keto) Exciting that today was another down day on the scale. It makes it look like I'm actually making progress and yesterday wasn't just a glitch or one off. I'm not sure if that trend will continue, but it is exciting to “beat” the lowest weight of last year so early in this year. Started out the morning cleaning out the oven. I do have to say that worked out a lot easier than I was expecting to. It was kind of hard as the oven door doesn't come off like in a lot of ovens referenced online in the “how to” videos, or at least I couldn't figure out how to take it off and the positioning of the shelving unit in the corner across the oven made it hard to reach the back left...

I know that Chicken Fried Steak really isn't in the diet plan that I want to be on, but it also sounded so very good. Got a laugh out of my roommate, because I say the same thing every time we go out to eat I get the chicken fried steak. And then every time I get the chicken fried steak I point out that I get it every time we go out. It is a bit unnerving to listen to him talk during the meal.
