I just kind of sat here at the computer counting down the time until I had to go to work. I worked Noon to Nine closing the Customer Service Desk instead of the normal 11a-8pm Supervisor shift that I usually do. I drank an entire pot of coffee, but I'm just sitting here zoned out. I had thought a couple of times that I need to get a plan together for what I'm going to cook on Tuesday for the weekly lunch. But then I zone back out. First half of the day went really smoothly. Not sure if I should write this down. This is being logged at lunch. I worked a 3:5 split so I went to lunch at 3pm and will have to work 4 to 9. It's back above the average of the month and the long list. It's still under the average for the year and the last two months. It's great to be down 7.1 lbs (3.2 kg) for the year, but kinda sucks to be up 5.2 lbs (2.4 kg) for the week. And yeah, fluctuations happen, but it would be nice to be fluctuating in the other direction. Steak and eggs for breakfast was great for a while, but that's really getting expensive. I think once I'm out of the steaks that I have I'll just stick to bacon and eggs for breakfast. I set the printer to print the left bicep of the cosplay. I was reminding myself of how well I felt on the days that I did go last year. But I'm on vacation, I could just sit at my computer playing Oblivion. I've gained a bit of weight over the last couple of days as I've been off of my diet, and last year when I was going to the Y I was making amazing progress. But I've heard that 80% of weight loss happens in the kitchen. You're only delaying going because it's new and different. Hard to argue against that. Just once it'd be nice to go to a store meeting and learn something new. It must be nice to work in an office where all you do is come up with these things. But on the other hand it is kind of good that they stage kind of “reminder” meetings to remind the people in charge of what the expectations of what we're supposedly supposed to be doing are. That usually means that there was something caught under the foot pads of the scale.     Today was another day where I just could not get anything done. I did get the third recipe video edited and scheduled for release. I was going to try to get the 3D printers working, but it was almost noon before I even got out of bed. And I do realize that it is a strange complaint to sleep in until noon. I'm still guessing that Daylight savings time is throwing me off. It really did mess me up yesterday. It was about noon before I even got breakfast done. And even though I set up the slow cooker for the corned beef it was almost midnight before it was done so I had some of the mac and cheese that I had bought the other day (Had a coupon and you have to buy the stuff you have a coupon for right?)      Today I did start off on my diet pretty good with the Bacon and eggs. I had a late lunch because even though it was four almost five in the afternoon it still felt like early in the morning.
