So I'll have to try to rewrite everything that I had written before. I really need to learn to save more often. Thankfully I had put the weight for the day into my phone's health tracking app. And it is kind of exciting to lose 5 lbs (-2.3 kg) in one day. Not sure if that's going to happen very often, but I'll take it when it does. I did the grocery shopping for the day today as I'm planning on doing laundry tomorrow. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks.
