Weight: 322.6 lbs ( 146.3 kg) BMI: 41.4 Waist: 53 in ( 134.6 cm) WtHr: 71.6% Breakfast: Pork Steak and Eggs Lunch: AI Pizza Casserole with Garlic Cream Sauce Dinner: Bacon Cheeseburger Soup https://youtu.be/YAlxm-rdAe8 Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 402) Keto Day 3 (20/365 Days 2026 Keto) It is kind of strange to wake up “disappointed” at the weight being at 322.6 lbs (146.3 kg) Was able to cook the pork "steak" chunk this morning. It took a while to cook because there was a lot of fat in that chunk and it didn't feel like it was cooked properly. And to be honest there was a lot of it that was under-cooked.  I'm not sure if it's a good idea to eat pork steak medium rare, but that's what breakfast was this morning.  Today was a runner. Feet feel considerably better with the new shoes. Left heel is still a little sore when I'm not careful walking around. But at least I'm not limping and screwing up my bac...

This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks. I got an email from the clinic saying that I have a secure message on their “Patient Portal” but that site seems to be having issues this evening.
