I was in a really heavy, “What am I doing with my life” mood. It was hard to put that into a post without making it so somebody who read it pretty concerned about me. The post as I wrote it kept coming out heavier than what I was feeling. It wasn't a very productive thought, but it was a hard one to shake. Was in a lot better mood today though. Very encouraging number on the scale this morning. Happiness isn't a number on the scale, but it would be fun to beat three "Short Goals" in one year.  Still was a bit slow waking up this morning. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks. I got an email from the clinic saying that I have a secure message on their “Patient Portal” but that site seems to be having issues this evening.
