Weight: 320.5 lbs ( 145.4 kg) BMI: 41.1 Waist: 54 in ( 137.2 cm) WtHr: 73% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Southwestern Detox Soup   Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sober Year 1 (Day 394) Keto Week 1 (Day 10) (13/365 Days 2026 Keto) Was woken up in the middle of the night to Roommate screaming in the bathroom. An up today, but ups and downs happen. And it is in the kind of pattern of two or three downs and then an up. Again not sure if that's really a pattern or if just random noise that my brain is seeing as a pattern. It is up from yesterday, but still down for the year so most of the projections are showing it go down. I was going to set up the slow cooker with a roast but as I was about to do that Roommate came downstairs complaining about how his stomach hurts. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks.
