There is an interesting pattern of two down days, and then an up day. But I'm not sure if that's an actual pattern, or just happens to be so in the randomness so far. I'm sitting here at the computer thinking that I should be doing something. But whenever I try to think of anything that I'm supposed to be doing my brain just flat lines. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks.
