Last night I baked bratwursts for dinner and figured I'd just go ahead and bake the bratwursts for lunch today. Struggled with the, “What am I doing with my life” thought again this morning. That's never a very positive thought and I can never quite describe what I mean by that thought. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks.
