Weight: 322.5 lbs ( 146.3 kg) BMI: 41.4 Waist: 52.5 in ( 133.4 cm) WtHr: 70.9% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs   Lunch: Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages Dinner: Baked Chicken   Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Monster, Red Bull Sober Year 1 (Day 449) Keto Week 1 (Day 12) (56/365 Days 2026 Keto) Surprised by the weight this morning. Up 4.7 lbs (2.1 kg) from yesterday. I didn't think that I even ate/drank five pounds worth of anything yesterday. I was scheduled to work 11am to 7pm today. And strangely I was scheduled to have a half hour lunch today so I didn't have the time to run home to have lunch so I had some of the Johnsonville Jalapeno Cheddar Smoked Sausages (not sponsored)  Interestingly my feet and knees didn't hurt like the last couple of times I had those during the lunch break. This is not going to be a very long post I was a shambling zombie the entire day. People kept asking me if I was sick. I don't feel sick, I am just so damned tired. A coworker suggested that if I'm jumping back into the Keto diet my blood sugar might be getting really low. If this continues I'll have to try to bring this up with the doctor when I get my appointment in a couple of weeks. I got an email from the clinic saying that I have a secure message on their “Patient Portal” but that site seems to be having issues this evening.
