Weight: 335.8 lbs ( 152.3 kg) BMI: 43.1 Waist: 54.5 in (138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Kroger Cheddar Bratwursts Dinner: Taco Mac and Cheese Drinks: Salted Coffee with cream, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Unsweetened Tea, Milk Sober Month 6 (Day 192) Keto Day 0 Had a hard time getting going today. Woke up with what felt like a hangover. Just couldn't get up and moving. It was 2 in the afternoon by the time I started doing anything. I had a stifling headache all day. I made some Taco Casseroles for the weekly lunch plan. The recipe says that it makes Six Servings. But I think that those are six servings with a salad and a veggie side. I went ahead and made two batches with two servings per dish that I put into the fridge so it would last me all week. It took me a bit longer than I thought it would to cook the two batches of the casserole which is strange because it was just a matter of browning the ground beef, mixing it all together, and then ba...

Weight: 333.0 lbs ( 151.0 kg) BMI: 42.8 Waist: 55.5 in (141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Snack: 3x Kroger Meat Stick Dinner: Keto Cheeseburger Helper with Taco Seasoning Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Kroger Energy Shot, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Month 1 (Day 41) Sober Month 4 (Day 135) Recorded a Store Story video this morning, but didn't get around to editing it First half of the day was quite long as I had forgotten my phone at home. I don't need to be on my phone while at work. But it did make the first half really long. Also gave me several heart attacks over the day as I would reach down to my pocket and the phone wasn't there. Took a lot of control to not buy something for lunch. I was really wanting to buy some Fried Chicken or Doritos (not sponsored) or something. I was drinking energy drinks all day long but I was just dragging ass all day long. I was craving something with a lot of flavor i...

Weight: 331.4 lbs ( 150.3 kg) BMI: 42.5 Waist: 55.5 in (141 cm) WtHr: 75% Breakfast: Bar-S Hot Dogs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Dinner: Meat Loaf, Green Beans, Garden Salad Drinks: Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Keto Month 1 (Day 35) Sober Month 4 (Day 129) Really had a hard time getting going this morning. I was surprised when I woke up and it was already 9:30am. And I had to work at 11am. I spent the most of the next hour and a half doing math of how long I have left until I have to get up and start getting ready for work. I just could not get up and going. So I didn't have time to have breakfast. I was able to get in a minute or two early to grab a pack of hot dogs and a red bull (not sponsored) Frustratingly everybody seemed to get in my way and just plod along. It took a lot of self control to not just put my shoulder down and charge through the crowd. I was in a really sour mood all day. You could probably tell by the post. Somebody said that it ...

Weight: 331.6 lbs ( 151.6 kg) BMI: 42.6 Waist: 56 in (142.2 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Powerade Zero Orange Keto Week 3 (Day 26) Sober Month 3 (Day 120) YMCA: No It is fascinating when I put the link to the Bacon and Eggs in the top part of the post the link box will always try to bunch the words “Bacon” and “and” together so if I'm not careful it will show it as “Baconand Eggs” It is strange that it doesn't do that with any other recipe it's only the bacon and eggs that get smashed together. Another great drop in the weight. The short goal is 330 lbs (149.7 kg) Not sure when to consider that goal “Beaten” I don't want to say it as soon as the scale shows a weight less than that because it could be up the very next day. I think that I'll just keep that the goal until the end of the month. If it is under 330 lbs by May I'll change the ...

Weight: 337.4 lbs ( 153.0 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Week 1 (Day 13) Sober Month 3 (Day 107) YMCA: No Had a hard time falling asleep last night. I'm guessing it was the water weight from the salty nuts that I had for lunch the other day because I kept having to get up and go pee. At least I woke up for all of the times I had to go. Today was another dark and dreary day. It started off with a nice gentle rain. But it made it cold all day long. I'm not really looking forward to the blazing heat of summer, but it will be nice when it warms up enough to open the windows and turn off the heater. Getting to work this morning I had a headache again today. I thought about grabbing a Sports Drink of some kind Powerade is usually cheaper (not sponsored) but every time it started to calm down enough for me to get a break th...

Weight: 337.2lbs ( 152.9 kg) BMI: 43.3 Waist: 57 in (144.8 cm) WtHr: 77% Breakfast: Steak and Eggs Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili Dinner: Pork Steak Drinks: Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Red Bull, Keto Week 1 (Day 8) Sober Month 3 (Day 102) YMCA: No Forgot to put salt in the coffee this morning. It did make it taste a bit strange. It was kind of satisfying when cooking the steak this morning as I was able to get the strip steak to stand up on it's side. Online I've seen people post pictures of their steak standing up and they say that it's good to do that to make the steak cook on all sides. Not that I think it's bad to only cook it on the two sides. But eh, if I can get it to cook all of the way around all of the better right? I'm pretty sure that was the last of the steaks. I do have bacon for tomorrow, I'm going to have to get more bacon on Tuesday when I get groceries. I set the printer to print the front bottom of the left shin. The bottom calf was a...

I'm not sure if I'm explaining this right, but when I feel that type of cramp coming on I keep my feet straight and walk around for a moment and it usually keeps the cramp from coming on. But I did remember to take my potassium and magnesium supplements when I got up and going. I'll be honest I forgot to go to the Y this morning. It was later in the afternoon and, Oh, yeah. I was going to do something. It is kind of disappointing. When I started the week I was thinking as I am on vacation this week there isn't any excuses against going. But I only went once. I did get some help from Reddit. One ...

Annoyed at the Internet 9-30-20

Weight: 353.8 Waist: 57.5 Breakfast: Egg Sausage Scramble Lunch: Cheesy Chicken Chili, diet Pepsi Dinner: KC Strip Steak Just finished writing this out and the internet decided to eat it. I'll stay up for a bit to see if the internet decides to come back on. But I might just have to wait until I get up in the morning That was quite a weight drop today compared to yesterday. Almost 10 lbs (about 4.5 kg) in a single day is...wow. I don't think this will be a trend. But I have to say my knees are feeling better today than they have been in the last couple of weeks. Feet are still cranky, it would seem that my knees hurt when I'm around 360 lbs (163.3 kg) and my feet stop hurting when I'm under 330 lbs (149.7 kg). That's still more than double my “Ideal Weight” 169 lbs (76.7 kg) Had something that I call “Egg Stuff” For breakfast. “Egg Stuff” is a pound of sausage, 6 eggs (scrambled), a can of Rotel, and about 2 cups of shredded cheddar. This just did no...
