Weight: 325.6 lbs ( 147.7 kg) BMI: 41.8 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Mexican Chicken Alfredo   Dinner: Spaghetti Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull Sober Month 11 (Day 331) Trying to remember what I had written before as the program had crashed erasing what I had written before. I had spent the last couple of days with the Absolute Idiot trying to get it to do the projection correctly. It would look like it was doing the thing correctly and then I would notice that it didn't have the bills in the projection. And including the bills into the projection just broke everything. The main frustration was that I am using the free version of the site so I would have to do as much as it would let me do and then I would have to wait for the timer to reset, which would take several hours. It was starting to get kind of annoying as I would ask it to do something, it would ask for guidance on how it would ...

Daily Blog March 27, 2023

Weight: 334.8 lbs ( 151.9 kg) BMI: 43 Waist: 55.5 in ( 141.0 cm) WtHr: 75.7% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Hot Dogs Dinner: Pork Steak, Mac and cheese Drinks: Couple cups of Coffee with cream, Kroger Energy Shot, Kroger Sparkling Water, Milwaukee's Best, Natural ICE Beer      Woke up this morning with rolling pain in the feet with each step, was expecting that with the dinner I had last night.      Got some dishes done before work, kind of a frustration that I feel like I'm always doing dishes. This is one of the benefits of the meal planning that I want to be doing. Sure there are a lot of dishes to do once or twice a week, but for most of the rest of the week all you need to do is rinse off the bowl or plate you ate lunch or dinner in/on.      Had hot dogs for lunch. I was out of mustard at home so I picked up a bottle of spicy brown mustard. But I put too much on the hot dogs and that stuff was really sour and bitter and kind...

I'll be better tomorrow Daily Blog February 14, 2023

Weight: 334.4 lbs ( 151.7 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 55 in ( 139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Tacos De Alambre Dinner: Bar S Hot Dogs Drinks: Pot of coffee, 2x cans Natural ICE beer, 1 Can Milwaukee's Best beer, ~2700 ml water    I think Nachos are bad for you. Or at least eating an entire bag of tortilla chips is bad for you. I am not feeling physically bad, not that bad mentally either. But the scale is moving up. My feet didn't hurt this morning, but I just think that's because I was sitting down all day yesterday. Kind of had a hard time waking up this morning, but that was more like “a body at rest” than anything else. But then again when I'm doing good on Keto I can jump out of bed before alarms even go off. It is an interesting coincidence that my weight got down the exact same lowest weight for last month and then went back up again. It's pure coincidence of course, but still kind of a fun one.      They scheduled me to be off Mond...

Broke Diet With Dinner Choice February 3, 2023

Weight: 333.8 lbs ( 151.4 kg) BMI: 42.9 Waist: 54.5 in ( 138.4 cm) WtHr: 73.6% Breakfast: Bacon and eggs Lunch: Fathead Lasagna Dinner: Mac and Cheese with chunks of pork Drinks: Coffee with cream, Kroger energy shot, 2x cans Natural ICE Beer      Waking up with a very dry mouth lately and it's kind of an interesting feeling taking the first drink of coffee. It kind of feels like my mouth and throat is dissolving, but in a good way. It's kind of like when cotton candy dissolving      Something strange is going on at the high school next door. It sounds like a jet engine is revving up. Maybe one of their industrial sized heaters was broken and they just turned it back on. But it kind of sounded like the building was about to take off.      Not sure what's going on with weight. Yeah, there's going to be daily fluctuations, but it's strange to be up 4 lbs (1.8 kg) in a single day. The weight is still down for the year, and lower than t...

Just Trying to get going August 24, 2022

Weight: 358 lbs (162.4 kg) BMI: 46 Waist: 59.5 (148.6 cm) WtHr: 80.4% Breakfast: Leftover nacho cheese Lunch: x Dinner: Ribs snacks: Corn chips with a jar of Queso Drinks: 2L Diet Mt Dew. 12Pk Samuel Adams Sweater Weather Beer, 12 pk Bud lite next mood: low I am using a whole lot of effort to write this out. A body at rest tends to stay at rest. And I have been “resting” way too much. It is frustrating that I can't seem to get the energy to do anything outside of going to work and sitting at my desk watching YouTube. But I just can't seem to get anything done. My “Sabbath” is supposed to be on Tuesday. And the last week or two I've worked on Tuesday. And had a different day off. And lately I've only had one day off per week. I don't want to complain about the overtime. I do need to save up for a very important financial situation that I need to resolve. This is a financial position that I swore that I would never fall into again. And I have to say I am reall...

Daily Blog 9-2 (ish) -19

9-2 (ish) -19 weight: 341.8 Waist: forgot to measure, but I doubt it changed much BMI: 43.9 Brunch: Chicken Alfredo Lunch: Deli Baked Chicken, a bit of diet Pepsi Dinner: Fathead pizza, 25oz can Natural ICE beer Notes: I've been clumsy lately and nearly dropping my phone a lot. And trust me I DO NOT need that. Especially now that I'm using my phone to record my YouTube videos, and double especially I'm too poor to buy a new phone. I think if I ever broke my phone I would just collapse into a puddle on the floor. This cricket in my house can go all of the way to hell. I'm pretty sure that it was chirping the entire time I was recording my video for the Fathead pizza. Burnt the ever living hell out of the crust, but I'll add notes in the video. Kind of buggered the Keto diet for the brunch, but that was the last of the pasta that I had. There is a saying in my family: You're either wasting it in the waste or on your waist. And I hav...
