Weight: 344.2 lbs ( 156.1 kg) BMI: 44.2 Waist: 57.5 in (146.1 cm) WtHr: 77.7% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Baked Chicken Snack: Sea Salt Mixed Nuts Dinner: Bratwursts Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sober Week 4 (Day 30) YMCA: X Finally some progress on the waist. I know that it's going to be a “Vitamin P” kind of thing, but it would be nice if the waist line was as dynamic as the scale. I have noticed over the last couple of days the gut had been more “Saggy” and soft. Good news is that means I'm losing fat, bad news is that it's going to start drooping under my shirt if I'm not careful. But I'll take saggy gut over sore feet any day of the week. And on that point feet and shins felt amazing this morning. It sucked last night a screw came out of the back of my computer chair. I was able to put the screw back in. Broke Diet With Dinner Choice February 3, 2023

Breakfast: Bacon and eggs
Lunch: Fathead Lasagna
Dinner: Mac and Cheese with chunks of pork
Drinks: Coffee with cream, Kroger energy shot, 2x cans Natural ICE Beer

    Waking up with a very dry mouth lately and it's kind of an interesting feeling taking the first drink of coffee. It kind of feels like my mouth and throat is dissolving, but in a good way. It's kind of like when cotton candy dissolving

    Something strange is going on at the high school next door. It sounds like a jet engine is revving up. Maybe one of their industrial sized heaters was broken and they just turned it back on. But it kind of sounded like the building was about to take off.

    Not sure what's going on with weight. Yeah, there's going to be daily fluctuations, but it's strange to be up 4 lbs (1.8 kg) in a single day. The weight is still down for the year, and lower than the average weight for last month. So I'm still making progress, but I know that it's very unlikely to be down 4 pounds in a single day. TMI, but I did have to poop after breakfast, but I doubt that it was 4 lbs + breakfast + how much the coffee weighed so I didn't bother weighing again.

    Was tempted to whine about work again. But that really isn't what I want this blog to be. And it really was just dealing with people's bad attitudes and that's just what a supervisor is about. It was kind of fun to hear an older carryout lady tell me that it was impossible to have a “Good Day” with me telling her to do her job, and I reminded her that I am her supervisor and that's kind of what my job is to do.

    Had to get gas for my car so I brought my debit card with me to work, naturally I had to get an energy shot and some Mac and Cheese. The pork steak that I had gotten out of the freezer the other day was kind of small and knobbly so I think it was the end of one of the pork butts that I had cut up. And looking at it, it seemed to be best used cut up and put into some macaroni and cheese. And yeah, that's not even kind of Keto, but once I got the idea of doing this I just couldn't get rid of that idea. I was already home when I thought that I should have bought some taco seasoning and tomatoes to go into it as well. I mean if you're going to break your diet, you might as well have Taco Mac and Cheese to break it with. But the regular mac and cheese with a little more cheese and some chopped up pork was for dinner tonight, so not really excited for tomorrows weigh in. And it might seem like I'm focusing on beating myself up about that choice of dinner. But it's just being honest. I do still have a freezer full of food I need to get through so I am going to be leaving my debit card home because I need to be eating the food I have at home already.

    Feet really hurt after work this evening, not sure if that was just because I am back over 330 lbs (150 kg) or if I just need to invest in some new shoes. I'm going to be getting my tax return done pretty soon so when I get that done I'll be getting some new shoes along with some other things that I need to catch up on.

    I'm expecting a delivery of a water bottle tomorrow that I ordered off of Amazon the other day. I really didn't have to order it off of Amazon, I probably could have just gone to Walmart, but at least ordering it off of Amazon I didn't have the temptation of buying things I wasn't going to go buy. (And I had some credit leftover from a Christmas gift card) So starting tomorrow I'll be drinking more water.
