Weight: 326.8 lbs ( 148.2 kg) BMI: 42 Waist: 53.5 in (135.9 cm) WtHr: 72.3% Breakfast: Strip steak and Eggs Lunch: KC Strip Steak Dinner: Ham Steak Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Sugar Free Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Kroger Energy Shot Sober Month 8 (Day 262) Keto Week 2 (Day 17) I did not sleep very well last night. I was just flopping around all night long. I do remember my alarm going off at 8am. I blinked and then woke up at 10am. Today's weight is a good weigh in as it is the lowest weight of the year so far. Since I slept in and had a hard time getting up and going I didn't have time to drink as much coffee as I normally would have. I had the strip steak and eggs. I didn't get a chance to cook the eggs as thoroughly as I normally would have. The flavor of easy cooked eggs are good, but they're harder to eat in a hurry. I was trying to read Dr Stephen Hawking's "A brief History of Time" I would like to know what divine power is involved that every time I come across something explaining Quantum Mechanics I am always dead tired. I know that quantum mechanics are inherently incomprehensible, but just once I would like to come across when I'm awake and sober. And I have to say that the quiet was really quite soothing. It was cool enough that the AC wasn't blowing, the phone was off, and I didn't turn on the fan that I have next to my bed. I rested and realized that we don't have much opportunity in the modern world to have it completely quiet. Amazing weight loss progress so far this month. Going to attribute that to being in the second week of Keto. Waist still hasn't gone down by much, but the sides of my gut seem to be coming in. strange...

I've been doing the daily weigh in and tracking that on (probably way too many) spreadsheets, but I just haven't been doing pretty much anything else. Not really sure why I stopped doing anything. I didn't WANT to stop doing stuff. I just kept telling myself, “I wasn't very 'Keto' today, I'll just do it tomorrow”. The beer wasn't helping in that area at all. The last several months the large cans of Natural ICE beer have been on sale for $0.99 per can. (It's not a good beer it's just cheep) And I have been taking advantage of this sale.
