Weight: 324.6 lbs ( 147.2 kg) BMI: 41.7 Waist: 55 in (139.7 cm) WtHr: 74.3% Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs Lunch: Cabbage Soup   Dinner: Screaming Sicilian Supremus Maximus, Kroger 3 Cheese Garlic Bread Drinks: Salted Coffee, Kroger Seltzer, Low Carb Monster, Sugar Free Red Bull, Sober Month 10 (Day 322) Good weight this morning. I thought the scale was glitching again, but each time I stood on the scale it gave me the same (ish) number! That's the lowest weight so far this year. That's 0.8 lbs (0.4 kg) pounds from the lowest weight last year. Yesterday they called me to ask if I wanted to come in an hour early to cover somebody's lunch because the lady who was supposed to do that lunch had a doctor's notice that she can't work for the next several days. I agreed because I was kind of shorted on hours this week. I didn't realize that I was volunteering for a 6:2 split day. I did buy some butter and aluminum foil this afternoon and when I added the spending to the comparison spreadsheet that I started that compares this years spending to last years spending I was kind of encouraged because this day last year I had spent $30 on Beer and Velveeta dinner. As opposed to today's $8 on butter and foil. And I have to say that the quiet was really quite soothing. It was cool enough that the AC wasn't blowing, the phone was off, and I didn't turn on the fan that I have next to my bed. I rested and realized that we don't have much opportunity in the modern world to have it completely quiet. Amazing weight loss progress so far this month. I've been doing the daily weigh in and tracking that on (probably way too many) spreadsheets, but I just haven't been doing pretty much anything else. Not really sure why I stopped doing anything. I didn't WANT to stop doing stuff. I just kept telling myself, “I wasn't very 'Keto' today, I'll just do it tomorrow”. The beer wasn't helping in that area at all. The last several months the large cans of Natural ICE beer have been on sale for $0.99 per can. (It's not a good beer it's just cheep) And I have been taking advantage of this sale.
